Where would someone go if they wanted to buy ammo, but didn't want anyone to ask any questions about the purchase in any way? This goes for weapons, too.

Because I don't like being under-armed, as much as I hate weapons.

So why not just go to a weapon shop? No one's going to care.

There are reasons I can't go to a regular weapon shop.

Just don't ask at all, or ask someone you trust in private about all of it! Now it just seems like there's a suspicious person running around in this place.

You should think of anyone you don't know as suspicious, you know.

You don't have to tell me that, I know better than to just blindly trust people.

You'll probably have to go search and ask around yourself on the ground. Those kind of places don't usually advertise that kind of thing.
