They are tall, and seem to favor the shadows. A darkness seems to cover them.

Wish that I had an answer to give, except perhaps this is yet another curse by this planet's gods, and they'll be back to themselves before the week is done.

I thought "our" lords would have wanted us in one peace, particularly if they want us to serve them. It hardly makes sense for them to be the source of this.

Many indeed, and as unique as the sky is from the waters (and as similar as such), but those tales are best not told during dark hours when vigilance is a necessary caution.

But aye, I have no doubt they do, but if emotion is what they're after to rejuvenate their world, very few feelings are quite as intense as fear is. It 'tis hardly a subdued thing, but something that consumes by degrees. Would be fitting and efficient by design.

Yeah, I pretty much got the memo for that.

There's someone who was talking about them earlier. He said staying in the light is safe so...maybe bringing the Taken to a bright area might help?
