[After a few bizarre encounters during his walk through the districts' alleyways (because even at night, he still avoids people like the plague), ??? made a note to at least warn the Network about something. But this is ???, and he's never quite straightforward with things. It doesn't hurt to mildly creep people out in order to put them on the alert either. Or annoy some. ~~Yes, he will have fun with this if anyone does care to respond.~~]

[This is a lot like those alerts in Space Paranoids. Attention-grabbing but with caps lock used as e-screaming. Sora doesn't mess around with computers, all of that stuff is out of his league, but he knows not to fool around with alarms.]
