I can't be the only person here who wants to stay. Without all the cat-and-mousing and the weird curses and the floods and -- and the catches. I mean, part of me wants - needs to go home, just to see -- but what I remember last... I'd rather be here. And I mean way. Which... Is weird, I guess, admittedly, but I -- I can't go back. To wherever I was. I don't like the Gods messing with us either, but it's better than -- wherever that was.

Is anyone else feeling this way? You want to stay, but you feel like you have obligations, but then there are all the icky things that happen and -- it's all very brain-fuzz making.

I miss my children, and they're a constant ache, but I don't want to go back to a life with so little freedom and respect... I don't want to go back to being little more then a dog to be kept by my husband's side.

Children? I'm -- Have you ever tried asking the gods to bring them here, too? I mean, not that this is exactly the most kid-friendly place, but... If your husband is skeevy like he sounds... maybe they're better off here, with you.

... There is five of them all together, and I have no maids, it would be a little difficult for me to manage with no nurses and no household to keep an eye on them whilst I am working.

But I do at least know, differences me and my husband have, he will not have them harmed, in that way, he is most kind. [she could give him that much.]

At the current moment, I cannot imagine returning home after experiencing the freedom this place allows.

It's kinda funny, to think of this place having freedoms compared to other places, you know? Because the Gods can be so grouchy, but... There are clearly worse things.
