Of course.

[Watson nods to Georgiana to let her know he is expecting this guest and not to worry -- although she's a new addition to the clinic staff, the similarity in their time periods means that the two often share an understanding.]

This door here leads to my office, but we'll save that for last. I imagine that once you've seen our facilities you'll have some questions. First, our examining room.

[There are four crisply made stretcher beds, separated by screens for privacy. The layout speaks for itself, but Watson explains anyway. The nurses and interns interview the patient and where necessary do a physical exam, taking notes which are then passed on to Watson when he interviews the patient, stream-lining the process -- a necessity with only the one doctor in the clinic.

Next is a similarly made up room for quarantining patients, and there are rooms upstairs for patients requiring overnight observation as well as the staff member on night duty -- there is always at least one person in the clinic.

Finally, towards the rare is the apothecary, source of that sulphur-y smell, a few small store-rooms and a room set up as a workspace but not yet used.]

I anticipated that it wouldn't be long before Holmes joined me in Asgard and set this room aside for his experiments. He's yet to make use of it, and as I've offered it to your brother, I should offer it to you as well. It can be locked, and as it's near our back door you could come and go without attracting much notice.
