I am attempting to collect information on how many here have which abilities, as well as what level of power they are at, specifically for those who have experienced more than one increase in strength. Those of us at what would essentially be 'level three' seem few, and it is both out of curiosity and practical application that collecting such information would be warranted.

Therefore, if there are those who are willing to share this information, it would be appreciated. Anonymous answers are also of academic use, if you are concerned about revealing too much about your power.

There was discussion recently about a system of representatives and of emergency response. The latter seems a decent idea, and there has been discussion for some time of organizing a group specifically for action in times of crisis, such as attacks on the city. This would, however, not be a group with a leader or a hierarchy, but simply a team of individuals with experience and powers that are of use in such a situation, so that those who are unaccustomed to battle need not take part or be at risk.

Ideally, this group would know of all the individuals involved in it for reference, and to be able to contact each other when necessary. Training and practice could be coordination internally as well, so that those involved are used to fighting or working together. Those who have interest in such a group, or insight into this idea, are encouraged to speak. I will compile a listing of those who would like to take part.

Marriage is essentially a formal bond between individuals. It is like a close friendship, but not exactly the same.

Level: I do believe I have surpassed the first level as I have found myself able to do more things rather than simply just touching things and freezing them over. I have found myself able to create icicles for combat and a barrier of sorts for self-defense.

Each of us is given a power, depending on the house we have been placed into. Each house has two abilities, but each individual only has one of those two.

The gods have brought us here to 'bring color' to the city, but that is not their only goal. They have told us we must fight for them in the coming of Ragnarok, and save this world in order to save our own. The threat is unclear, but likely the other surrounding nations, who have attacked us in the past few months.

[After the text message is sent privately, there is an audio file from Samantha that comes through to Castiel. Something in what he had said has dredged up some concerns for her, and she wanted to at least get a better idea what she was dealing with.]

Castiel, I've only glanced over some of the reading, and I did look at the information on the gods you sent to me, but I wanted to know more about these levels. I've spoken with a few others, and I'm deeply uncomfortable with the power I was given, and want nothing to do with it. Do these powers continue to grow in potency regardless of specific practice?

Exactly how rare, and how powerful is the third level of the power I possess?

[He's quiet while she speaks, looking over the document she sent him; her power definitely makes sense as to why she'd be uncomfortable with it. He considers her questions for a few moments before responding.]

They do seem to increase in strength without usage, though the ability to finely control them is based in practice. A friend of mine did not use his power at all at it's level one, and it increased in strength despite that.

So far I know of only a few individuals other than myself with a third level power, and none of them have Body Control. There is very little information about it so far, as it does seem to be one of the more rare abilities.

The first increase in damage drain allows you to heal true injuries rather than simply pain, so if you cannot then you are still at level one.

It should not conflict. It will not be highly structured; rather a group of people willing to act in a situation such as an attack. During times of peace it would be dormant aside from individual practices if desired.

Not specifically, no, though it would be of use. More I am interested out of curiosity in how many individuals have experienced increases in power, and particularly who is at level three. For instance, I have met no one besides myself as of yet that is level three in damage drain.

As to the other matter, I believe you will find a military to function at its peak with a leader. Teams of such nature do not work so well as when they are without one to draw them together. The maintenance of such a group would also take the determination of such a man, if it is to come to fruition, and the dedication of its members to him.

A military does work best under a system of leaders, however that is not exactly what I intend this to be. Most of those here are, with reason, concerned by the idea of being under the command of someone in any way. Putting someone in charge would greatly limit those who desire to be involved.

In this method, it will essentially be smaller teams of individuals used to working together, who can make decisions as a group and coordinate with others rather than forcing many to follow the orders of one.

As far as rings go, the second hand shop in Hel that I purchased furnishings for the clinic at had some jewellery. I remember seeing a ring or two.

The response group would be little more than people willing to fight when necessary, organized only officially enough that those in it know who else they can contact for support and assistance if necessary, or for training partners. Likely it would end up being small teams of friends or allies, and these teams would work together against larger threats or disperse for ones such as the ice fairies, which required a wide response.
