[ The video feed flickers on to show a flustered young lady, her cheeks blushing all too red that it's anyone's wonder if she's down with the flu/fever. She fidgets for a moment, seeming to take a while to compose herself, stifling a yawn. Then she smiles, a small shy one, her green eyes mildly confused and hesitant. ]

Ah... Hallo there. I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Liechtenstein, or more formally, the Principality of Liechtenstein. [ Now that sounds slightly too formal even to her own ears. If possible, her ears redden even further. ] Urm, just... Liechtenstein will do.

[ She fumbles briefly with the bracelet, trying to keep the view above her shoulders, as if embarrassed to show what's below. She clears her throat, pulling herself together even as she tries to still her wildly beating heartbeat. ] This might seem like a strange question, but if anyone has seen my brother, could you let me know? His name is Switzerland, and— [ At this point, she can't help giggling softly, before quickly catching herself. ] —he tends to carry a rifle around.

[ A small nod of her head in reminiscent of a curtsy. ] Thank you.

[ That has her giggling, and then flushing in embarrassment. ]

Somewhat, you can say that. Though it is more to protect him and me.

[Oh, that's actually very interesting... unless her brother happened to be trigger happy--but that's another side of "interesting" entirely.]

Were you two... attacked often?

[ Oh... Oh~ But her brother is quite the trigger happy nation, although she tends to see it as his over protectiveness.

At the question, she sobers up a bit, as if thinking back of the older days. ]

I was, for a long time. But Switzerland took me in and has been protecting me every since. We both declared our neutral status, and that has stayed the same.

[She blinks as she thinks of the words "declared neutral status" and thinks that maybe they're politicians or something... but that would mean both of them have the same occupation, which isn't too far-fetched. But what kind of politician carries a rifle around and is considered to be a bodyguard--suddenly things don't make sense and her head hurts.]

That's good... As long as they leave you alone, it should be okay. It's... really not good to be bullied. [Even if this sounds like an extreme form, but...]

[ In truth, it's as close a description about her and other nations, especially from the view of those who don't know about them.

She nods her head. ] Mmn... They have kept a good distance from my brother and I.

[ A small smile, hoping to lighten the mood. ] May I know your name?

[She figures anybody would keep their distance if her bodyguard brother keeps a rifle with him--]

... I'm Nanase Kuga. It's nice to meet you... [Her voice trails off while she squints while tilting her head a little. It doesn't seem that she can get the pronunciation right.]

It is a pleasure to meet you, Nanase Kuga.

[ There's an understanding look in her eyes as she chuckles softly. ] Liechtenstein. But you can call me Liech, or Lili, if you prefer.

[cathexis]

[She wonders if that sounds so formal--but oh... "Lili" sounds cute.]

I'm sorry... You must get that a lot. [She does look apologetic.]

It's nice to meet you too, Lili-san... It's a cute name.

[ It's just the way with Liechtenstein, bringing brought up with court rules, politeness and etiquettes. Informal greetings seem to baffle her at times, but she learns. ]

Ah... I do admit my name is quite a mouthful for those unfamiliar with the pronunciation. [ And here her cheeks colour a nice red. ] T-thank you, Nanase. Your name is rather cute too.

It sounds very foreign to me... [Because herp. Japanese... but it sounds nice to her.] Is it like a "lily"? The flower...?

[steuerparadies]

[ That's a given, with her name being Germanic and all. ]

It is the same pronunciation, ja. A different spelling, though.

... "Ja"? [She slightly tilts her head, wondering if it's some kind of verbal tic.] I see... Either way, it sounds very nice.

Ah... I mean, yes. [ Not exactly a verbal tic, at least not like Russia's. ]

It is only a nickname.

[Oh, she gets it now. It's another language! Herp. Nanase looks a little sheepish by the realization.]

But what did you mean by "Principality"...?

[ Nanase's mistake is easily forgiven.
Now how to go about explaining to her. ]

You know how a kingdom is ruled by a king? Mine is ruled by a prince, hence the title.

[cathexis]

Ah, a prince... [That sounds nice, but she knows that this isn't like a fairytale-like prince but a government type instead and she blinks, thinking something over.] ... So does everybody in the country have to go by the title?

[steuerparadies]

[ She chuckles softly and shakes her head. ]

Not everyone. Only I carry the title of Principality. The princes do carry their royal titles though.

[cathexis]

[Nanase just sits there, feeling confused over this. The feeling clearly reaches her face as she just... stays still with a blank mind. Um.]

... I think I... would need a further explanation... If it isn't too much trouble.

[steuerparadies]

[ She really is digging her own grave, at least that's what it feels like to Liech. ]

'Principality' is a title given to me by my Prince, who is also my ruler, so to speak.

[cathexis]

[Yeah, probably. Nanase thinks about how she used the title before--]

... Principality of Lili-san... [She's saying this like a name too. Sob.]

Just Lili is enough.

[ Although the way Nanase says it is adorable. ]

Lili-...san. [Okay, she will stick to this one.]

... Are you new here?

[steuerparadies]

[ Nodding her head. ] I am actually on my way to the Welcome Hall.

[cathexis]

Ah... so you're not lost. [She looks very relieved.] That's good...

[Because this marks that you're actually one of the saner people in Asgard because she read the map. Or got directions to it.]
