[ K' looked into the camera, his almost puzzled expression easy to guess behind the sunglasses he seemed to constantly be wearing. He sat on his bed, with his back against the wall. There was a moment of silence, as if he was confirming that the feed was on, before he spoke. ]

What powers do the rest of you have? [ His gaze shifted downwards, as he brought his right hand up, a red gauntlet covering it. With a few flexes, he dropped it at his side again, before looking back into the video. He had to admit, he was curious. Why didn't he keep his own powers? What was the purpose behind these new ones? ]

Everyone's got something, right?

Compatibility. The magic in this world? It doesn't fit with the energy in others. It's... like giving medicine meant for a human to a dog. If you give a dog a human dose of painkillers, you'll kill it, because they're not compatible.

Alright, guess I get it.

So what, you like, draw things and they come to life?

Pretty much! Amazing right? It helps if art is something you're good at. I feel a little bad for those people with the power but who can't draw... And it's incredibly useful. I can have anything I want if I draw it the right size. I'm only a Level One so... there are limitations.

There's levels to this shit? What kind of limitations?

Well... like I said, whatever I draw needs to be to size. It'll still work no matter how large it is, but a mini-cupcake isn't as useful as a full-sized one. And I can't create complex machines or objects unless I draw their insides. I'm actually pretty good at that too so it's - not much a problem. But it's challenging if I'm in a rush.

Other levels, though - that stuff isn't necessary. It's easier to work with and less specifics are needed to make an accurate creation. I've... also been told that you can draw living things. But I don't know many people with this power so... [ she shrugs ] I've never seen it in action.

Huh. Sounds useful enough. You'd never have to worry about food, you could just draw yourself some.

It is useful isn't it? I know it goes for a lot on the black market... [ Rapunzel knows this. Of course Rapunzel knows this. Everyone she lives with was a villain in their canon. ] I don't know if I could do it for money, though. I just - I think it's incredible.
