[ when the video turns on, it features susan looking a wee bit frayed around the edges - slightly tired, though nothing particularly alarming. she's smiling, nonetheless. ] I never thought growing anything can be particularly tiresome. [ normally one will have time on one's side, after all. here, with it depending on one's own energy and willingness... it's completely different.

...oh, wait, she had a purpose to addressing the city. ] I was wondering, though. Considering we all have different powers, what happened to you the moment you first tried it? Or how did you even attempt to find out what you're newly capable of? I do hope you'll indulge my curiosity.

Yes. [ when she speaks next, her tone isn't at all bragging - just stating facts. ] My siblings and I have been through many wars, in our world. This coming one, I believe, would only be one among many. [ not that she's pleased about that. ]

That's... I could have never guessed that you've been through that. It's... impressive.

Perhaps it is. But I believe it's something we had to learn if we are to thrive, in our world. I suppose it's the same here.

What... was your world like? [ It sure looked like a horrible place to be, from those descriptions alone. ]

[ hmm, maybe she's describing the wrong things, then. ]

Narnia is the most beautiful world I've ever seen - all lush trees and pristine waters. But when we first arrived there, as children, it was covered in snow, and ruled by an evil queen called the White Witch. However, with all the Narnians' help my siblings and I were able to liberate it from her control, and restored the land to how it should be.

It was... paradise, I think.

So... the war was already over when you were taken here? [ It's not that horrible then. ]

Yes. [ not to mention the wars while they were reigning monarchs, as well as the war raged for caspian's sake. ] to be honest I thought myself spared from having to battle again. Wars have always been ugly affairs.

That is... unfortunate. [ She doesn't know how else to define the other's situation. ] There are wars in my world too, but I was never involved in one.

That makes you a lucky one, indeed.

Though we have to deal with other things here... like natural disasters.

But that is something we all endure, isn't it?
