[After talking with the Sygin's snowman and bringing him some hot tea, Laurent is now sitting with a basket of food in his lap and a small white puppy by his side. The puppy is happily munching on a bone, and Laurent is holding an elegant golden can.]
Does anybody like this food? It says it's made of fish's eggs...
[He's not very fond of anything that comes from the sea, and Beluga caviar sound disgusting.]

Ah, you found Hunter!
[Hunter looks up, he noticed that the humans are talking about him.]Yes, I was lucky. He lost his powers too, sadly.
Eh? A dog can have powers?
In my world there's magic everywhere, it's not common in pets but it happens. Hunter could change forms, he could be a puppy dog or a full grown adult.

[...]
Hunter's a pretty clever dog then! How did he do that?
Oh, you really have no idea. He used magic.
Magic.
Yes, it's common where I live.
Can you tell me how that works?
Depends of the person. Some are born with a noticeable level of magic in them, other learns to train their powers and make them grow.
So magic's -- inherent?
In my world? Yes. It can be transfered too, but that's not ans easy spell and can cause death.
Ha ... and magic's common? It's always been part of your world?
Not, always. Eons ago the God's realm barrier broke and part of their magic ended in Earth.
So it's residual?
Yes. Not all the magic is the same because it came from very different sort of gods, and thus if affects people in different ways.
