Yo. If you see some ice guy around... Tell him the One-eyed Dragon, Date Masamune's, on the look-out for him. All ri-- [ wait, that's wrong. he cuts off and after a pause repeats, in english: ] All right?

Never seen anything like him before. He was a cool-- [ . . . damnit. trying that again. engrish, go: ] cool kind of guy.

I'm not sure that will work, my lord -- the snowmen seem to avoid most people... such as those who aren't from their district.

[He kind of just... tilts his head at the Engrish. He's not actually given all that much thought to the language they're all speaking, because to question it is a little unsettling to begin with.]

I met him once, meeting him again shouldn't be too hard. [ that and he doesn't let someone interesting get away... especially after they spout off the stuff he spouted.

he pauses for a minute. ] Though looks like he won't be the only one I have to meet, either. [ because mentions of that other dragon just fall into his lap, apparently. ]

[Raikou's first reaction upon hearing this man call himself the Date Masamune was, quite simply, rage. That someone could attempt to impersonate one of the greatest samurai of Japan's history, and in a place like this, was quite nearly enough for him to start reaching for Shirogamon, the white katana of justice of the Shimizu clan, even as he scrolled back to get a good look at the man.

And then he had to re-watch the video.

Twice.

Between that short glimpse of the unmistakable helmet and the eye patch, he had to question whether this was the very same person that was from his world... or at least a one with a similar Japanese history. And really, given the strong ties to the Tokugawa that the Date clan had, as well as their own ties to the Tokugawa... well, he couldn't very well leave even a variation of the venerable person without acknowledgement.

Or an impostor with their head, should that be the case.]

[Which is why, a long moment later, Raikou stops before the doors to the great library, then offers a bow to the screen, held just long enough to make clear the respect for a higher-ranked samurai before he straightens up. A slight flick of his head has him tossing long cerise strands out of his way, russet eyes sharp as he smiles.

His voice low, serene, so as to not give away his suspicions.]

Date-sama, It's quite the honor to meet you, given your status as Daimyo so many generations ago. I also thought it best to warn you that there are several different version of the snowmen wandering around the various districts. Some are more bothersome than others, honestly.
