[The network flickers on, the feed revealing a young girl barely in the frame, her back turned and looking down at herself, fussing with straightening her clothing. Although the poster is labelled as "Sebastian Moran", there is only this child there.
The uniform she's wearing is far too large for her, fabric pooling at her feet, and her hair is styled in a pair of childish braids, rather than pinned up. She struggles with trying to tighten the belt enough so she can actually walk in the trousers, before her eyes flicker up and realize that her wardrobe malfunction is being broadcast.
