I'm sure everyone's noticed that the gods are playing games again. Thanks to Freyr's post, we don't have to wonder too much about who is responsible. We've still got a lot to learn about what's going on.

Discussion:

1) Do you perceive yourself to be drawn more towards certain people or certain types of people than others?
2) How would you categorise the force of the hugs?

The park was set on fire by the fire Giant's messenger. He targeted buildings rather than people, which was probably the only reason casualties were so low.

[ This is cause enough for her to switch back to text. Just so Conan won't see the anger and fear in her face. Even if their freedom is chimerical it's still better than what she'd had before. And while, morally Rapunzel tends to concerned with things that only affect her and the people she cares about directly, Asgard is her home now. ]

why would they do something like that?

It's War. That means doing whatever it takes to make sure your side wins.

Back home, even in war there are treaties, things people won't do -- attacking civilians, respecting neutral parties. Here, we don't even have that.

We were analysing the god's actions and possible motivations. It's probably a good thing we got distracted!

I don't think they see us as enough of a threat to really care what we say about them.
