So I was wondering, I know some of us are given powers here.. but I wanted to know, did anyone have any abilities before arriving here? Back in your own world? As a Trainer I'm use to Pokemon having abilities, but I myself never had any.

[sorta scratching his arm not very subtly, since his jacket is still on it could just be some itch right? right]

As it goes for the abilities here, if you keep practicing no doubt the experience will make it grow stronger yeah? Has anyone managed that? I have the Growth ability and so far I can only do simple things.

..Healing wouldn't be able to heal poison, would it? Provide an antidote? [ten points if you can connect his asking with why he's scratching his arm still, YEP... touya you are so dumb can't you tell plants apart]

I never had abilities in my world. Everything was pretty normal until I arrived here.

... As to answer your other question, I do have Growth as well. As far as I know from experience, the more you practice and interact with the enviroment and people here, the stronger your power will become.

I'm afraid I can't answer that about Healing... what happened to your arm?

That's usually how it goes! The more you practice, the better you get. I think I'm really getting the hang of healing! And about your other question, it sure can. It can mend broken bones and patch up cuts, too.

You're wrong about the next part. My power here is Healing. I've cured a friends cancer cells with it.

From what I've been hearing so far, it seems plenty of people had them back home.. [ including herself, really. ]

It's just unfair to suddenly take that from people, don't you think?

In a way, I can understand why they would give us all only one power. Makes it seem fair to them.

But, it doesn't seem fair to those who've had different and more powers before no. I can't imagine how it must feel to have something you've grown use to, suddenly taken away from you.

I, too, have the Growth ability - or so I've been told. I... haven't really tried exploring it yet. [ pause. ] If it's not too much a bother to ask, how did you begin with yours?

It's not a bother, don't worry. Let's see.. At first I wasn't sure if I had Healing or Growth, but I started with something simple. Got a seed and planted it. I just put my focus on it, and next thing I knew it sprouted to its full growth in a matter of seconds.

So that's what I've been doing. Planting and growing flowers outside the House as a way of practicing and getting use to it.

Plenty. Seems like each world is just different. Keep practicing Growth; it helps for other abilities. [ ......being a Damage Drain user he doesn't exactly go out of his way to practice it. ]

I could use magic, back home.. Particularly Silver Magic, but I was able to use all six types.

[ It occurs to her a moment later that in his world, magic might not be a thing at all, so she decides to explain. ]

Each of the types of magic are assigned a color, based on the moon the power comes from.. people are able to learn magic from moon stones. There's Green, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Red, and Silver, and each has it's own affinities and capabilities.

Can you give me an example of what these types of magic could do? Wouldn't be anything like red with fire and blue with water, by any chance?

Yup! I could do a bunch of stuff. Not that the growth power isn't kind of neat, but it's nothing like what I could do before.

Even without an increase in power like the ones certain Travelers have been experiencing, you might find that constant practice will lead to using your power with greater ease than before.

To answer your other question, plenty of Travelers had abilities before arriving in Asgard, myself included.

I was starting to see that actually, the more I use my power it gets easier to do. A lot better than when I first started.

[curiously:] What could you do before?

[and a bit sheepishly] Yeah, I have a friend who is good in Healing, she's coming to see me now.

I used to be able to commune with, animals but, they replaced that with healing. [ Uhh... ] If you still need a healer then, I can help, I think.

Really? Someone I know was able to communicate with Pokemon back at home, he's the only person I knew of there that could do that.
