There are some dangerous monsters in my world, so a town being threatened by monsters will often pay mage guilds to take care of the problem. As guild leader, it was my responsibility to evaluate the danger levels of each job and appropriate fees before posting them for guild members to take on. If a job was particularly dangerous, I would take it on myself.
