[After a substantial amount of panic, shouting and demanding to know where his friends are, Kurogane has finally given up on finding them in the palace and turned to this strange bracelet. He manages to get the audio feature working, vaguely remembering how telephones and stuff like that worked in Hanshin and Piffle.]

Oi. [His tone is tense and he obviously has to force himself to keep calm. This is not a happy man.] I need someone to tell me how the hell I get back to where I was and who's responsible for this shit. [Another interference from that guy? It doesn't look like it but who the hell else...] I don't have time for this crap.

Kid, manjuu... Mage... If you guys are here, let me know now. [He sounds more and more stressed as he goes on.] If anyone's seen a kid with brown hair carrying a girl or a guy with blond hair and an eyepatch, say so. [Pauses for a moment, tense.] If this thing even fucking works! [Kurogane growls and tries to turn the communicator off, quickly getting frustrated and just slamming his fist against the wall, with an audible crash.]

I only let go for one fucking second, damnit...

Well, the gods probably can, since they brought us here. But anyone who had powers before they got here got them swapped out for something else.

Well.... I think there's probably more stuff to find outside the city.

From what I understand, until they found the old hospital, nobody really explored out there.

... Hn. [Will try that then.] Know what's out there?

I never really got further than the hospital either. A big group of us went out to investigate it.

Apparently all the color loss started out as some kind of disease. And they couldn't find a cure so they just quarantined the whole city. But I bet there's more stuff out there.

Not a very good quarantine if the colour loss is here too anyway.

I think it started here. The hospital is just outside of town, and I think it's were they were sending the first victims.

But I figure that there has to be a limit to how far it spread. Maybe there are other cities or towns that we can reach.

If there are people left in this world, why would they have to go to others to bring people here? It'd be easier to get people from the same world.

[He shrugs.]

Maybe they tried that, and no one would come. Or maybe people did and just caught the same disease.

People from outside this world might be resistant to it...
