Might anyone be familiar with the process of acquiring some real estate outside of the rooms we are given in our Houses? I am familiar with how to do so in Ponyville, but I assume acquiring any sort of establishment here may be a bit different! You see, I would rather like to open my boutique here, if possible ... !

[One second, he has to focus. Davesprite sucks in a breath, and lets it out slow. He's holding his communicator bracelet as far as his wrist will allow as his good wing stretches out and the damaged one fluffs as best it can.

And just like that, he sort of makes this sound. The kind that digs right into the heart of anyone who's ever wanted to pet a bunny or baby chick. The kind of thing that wedges deep into the stomach pits of animal lovers everywhere.

A little caw. Almost a chirp. One can imagine his eyes are big and glistening behind his shades. Soooo cool cute.]
