asgardeventide | Phase 01 - 'Accidental' Video

[Gai really isn't the sort for broadcasting his business over the network unless there's a good reason for it. However, it's been days since Shu has last been home, and there hasn't been a single word from him the entire time. Gai may be patient, but even his patience isn't infinite, and with Shu being Shu... let's just say it's likely that he's causing terrible things wherever he's staying as well. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and Gai knows just how to get Shu to come back without protest. The other boy is nothing if not predictable, after all.

That morning, Gai's bracelet will 'accidentally' turn on to show a perfect view of him sprawled in bed and very obviously shirtless (perhaps more than just that, but the sheets make it impossible to tell for sure), long blond hair mussed from indeterminate activities and a lazy yet pleased smirk on his face.]

Just leave the water on when you're done, Inori. There's no point in turning it off when I'm just going to turn it on again.

[Fortunately (or perhaps unfortunately for any of the men watching this), the person he's addressing is out of the range of the bracelet's image... but surely imaginations can fill in the blanks.]

[Yep, this is probably going on record as one of the most awkward moments of Gai's life, which is saying a lot considering his life. Not that he's going to let this show, though!]

Gai-- Gai Tsutsugami. You can just call me Gai, like the rest of my comrades. There's no need for formalities here.

Formalities? [ Even if she knew any (aside from royal titles and things gleaned from books) it seems a strange addendum. ] Are you - someone important? That I would...have to be formal?

[Okay, he's going to attempt to defuse the awkwardness of the situation by... being something of a brat. Because that is clearly the best way to go about things.]

I think you have long hair for a man. It's nice, though.

[... that's unexpected, but he can't help but laugh.]

Whenever you'd like. I don't have much of a schedule that can be interrupted these days.

What was your schedule like before?

In my world? I was busy all the time. It was nothing at all like this.

[His voice softens just slightly when he responds, because in many ways she reminds him of Inori and he can't help but feel bad for making HER feel bad.]

I'm unusual. I've done and seen more than probably most of the people here. Compared to that, almost anything would seem boring.

You're not unusual, Gai. [ And she means that; her sincerity is obvious - granted her sense of strangeness more than off. ]
