[The video feed begins to what looks like a crime scene, a small room smattered with blood, clearly being filmed from a distance from whatever happened. Finland is the only one on the feed, body almost entirely covered in blood and wearing a severely pained expression. He doesn’t look directly into the screen, nor move the camera to show the body.

The only clean areas on his face are trails along his cheeks, the blood there before clearly washed away by tears. Considering the amount of blood on his person, it’s fairly clear that he was fairly close to the victim at the time of explosion. And with a wavering voice:]

There was another victim.

[And the feed ends there.]

[His tone makes it sound like he considers the idea of actually heading over there a huge burden. But, of course, this is Iceland, and he's still actually going there.]

You really shouldn't visit. It's been 20 minutes and I've calmed down.

[To the point that his voice comes across as a strange combination of apathetic and on the edge of going hoarse.]

He sighs when Finland gets quiet, not pushing his luck by filling that silence and then listens for a beat when he returns, his expression unreadable.]
