Good morning, Asgard.
[The sleeves of Watson's shirt may be rolled up, but his waistcoat and tie are in immaculate order -- just as are the instruments Watson is carefully arranging as he makes the recording. He's still not entirely comfortable with the video functions of the bracelets, but is making an exception for this special occasion.]
To those that do not know me, I am Dr Watson, late of London. Currently I'm acting general practioner of the Yakuzen clinic, Heimdall. The clinic was founded by Zen in the aim of providing Asgard's citizens with methods of treatment that might be more familiar to them than the services of the hopsital as well as providing the chance for more personalized service. He took me on as a partner, and our staff also includes Miss Tsukiko, whose ability to heal is known to more than a few of you, I'd wager. As I'm sure our current patients will attest, he succeeded admirably.
Unfortunately, Zen is no longer here. We intend to keep the clinic running in his absence. You'll find us in Heimdall and I'll hope that you'll consider our services.
However, Zen's absence has left us with a void to fill. If there are any in the medical profession seeking employment, particularly versed in herbal medicine, or any members of the House of Sigyn or Heimdall who would like to employ their gifts to aid their fellows, I should very much welcome your applications. My thanks.
[And a quick, military-esque bow and the feed ends.]

Re: Video, locked
Alright, getting started today definitely sounds good. Are you at the clinic? Or would we be going to the Hospital?
That's great news - she seems very eager to help people so that sounds like a perfect job for her.
Video, locked
[And for good reason. This doesn't occur to Watson though as he consults the schedule on his desk.] How about I call for you at your Welcome Hall and we walk to the hospital together?
I certainly have no complaints to make about Tsukiko's abilities. I consider myself fortunate to work with her.
Re: Video, locked
That sounds perfect. I can meet you right outside.

[And so he switches off the feed and starts gathering his various medication bottles into some snadwhich bags he borrowed from the kitchen. They would be easier to transport like that.]

The walk is pleasant, and when Watson arrives, it is to find himself in good time.]

Hello, Dr. Watson - thanks again for coming.
[He took a few steps forward and extended a hand, making a small bow in greeting.]

Anything to oblige, Hisao. Although I have to say the weather could be better -- if I'm not mistaken, there'll be a storm later.

[He took another look up at the sky.]
Does it often rain here?

[Hisao had studied the map relatively closely while he was waiting for Dr. Watson - it was still in his pocket, in fact. So, he knew which way to set off in, or at least he was pretty sure he did.]
What were your questions? Hopefully I have some answers.
no subject
If you'd rather wait till we reach the hospital though, by all means.
[Watson keeps up easily with Hisao, though with the coming storm, he needs to lean on his stick a little more heavily than usual.]

[Hisao thought on it a moment or two.]
My family is pretty normal - neither my Mother or Father have any heart problems, and my Grandparents didn't either so far as I'm aware. My condition is called Cardiac Arrhythmia, and it was only diagnosed after my first heart attack about ten months ago.
[Hisao moderates his pace to keep stride with Watson. He doesn't want to appear rude by pulling ahead, after all.]

[The last part sounds just the slightest bit downcast. The idea of just asking people he hardly knew if they'd like to go running with him just in case he had a heart attack and needed someone to call for help was... daunting.]

[It's not going to get it walking from Sigyn's Welcome Hall to the Hospital, that's for sure -- the building is already visible.] Not far now -- ah, that reminds me. There's another Dr Watson at the hospital so be careful not to confuse us.
no subject
[This guy really was too kind - Hisao was going to have to think of a way to make it up to him at some point.]
There's another Doctor with your same last name? Well, I could ask for you by your full name, in that case? Unless you have the same first name, too?
[He chuckles. There's no chance of that, after all.]
no subject
[Watson's tone is dry.] We have the same first name -- and the same military record and personal history. I'm told it's one of the -- quirks -- of this place. Still, he doesn't mind going by John and I prefer Watson, and we're dissimilar enough that no one's confused us yet.
no subject
[He called it a quirk, Hisao called it kind of scary. Did that mean he might run into some other, different Hisao Nakai with his same history and medical problems? He had no idea at all how that would play out.]
That's pretty incredible.

And there I go again! I expect it's only because it's harder to view yourself from the outside that I am not more bothered by Dr John Watson. If we're lucky we might run into him in the halls. Hello, nurse -- no, not a patient for you today. We're visiting the pharmacy.
[And they've arrived at the hospital and are happily breezing past reception.]
no subject
That would be interesting to see.
[He couldn't help but wonder how similar they looked, after all. It sounded as though they even knew different versions of the same people - An actual case of a parallel universe.]
