[Since Ten has the pleasure of being in the Heimdall house, he also has the joy of being able to have fun in a ball pool. And that's where his next video feed comes from, the Time Lord submerged up to the shoulders as he talks. The Doctor almost manages to make it look completely normal to be there. Feel free to harass him if you're in the same house.]
So this isn't bad for a prison. I mean prison is almost a harsh word, but at the end of the day that's what it is. Not many would give you your own room with a bathroom divider and ways to survive. Unless it's the Big Brother house all over again. Never again. Reality shows are the pits, glad that one got nipped in the bud before it started. Well, it's already started but nowhere near what it could have been. Most prisons just put you in a cell and throw away the key, or even a box. I was put in a box once. That wasn't fun when it rained. As far as prisons go, I've seen worse. And if anyone wants to argue semantics over that let me warn you that I'm known for being able to talk and not stop.
Anyway there was a point to this I suppose. Somewhere. Oh that was it. What's the longest time span anyone here has actually been here?
[Private to Eleven and Nine]
These stabbings. What's going on with those?

action;
I carried a watermelon.
[Completely deadpan.]
It just strikes me as strange that it just started with no kind of lead up to it. There had to be some kind of test subjects around before they even decided to start moving large groups of people.
omg sorry I didn't fix it! pretend it said two months lol
Though he may surprise you later, if he's feeling playful.]
Maybe there were, but how would we know about them? Then again, why bother testing it out when you have a crisis on your hands and can just start shipping in masses of people?
all good ♥
If things were so urgent, I don't think they would want to vaporize half of their targets in a freak accident. I mean there's always a lead up. Solar flare activity, planes disappearing into the Bermuda Triangle, anything could have been looked over at the time.
[That and Ten just doesn't like the idea that he can't figure out how it was done.]

[Jack understands the Doctor's need for understanding, for a pattern of some kind. He sighs as he sinks into a crouch before sitting on the edge of the ball pit, dipping his legs into it. It's strangely similar to a pool scene in a terrible romcom, but the rainbow-colored balls ruin that image pretty quickly.]
You mean like the bee thing. [He shrugs.] Maybe there was something at the time, but how'd we find out now? There're a hundred different worlds out there with just as many interpretations on the question "did anything weird happen before you arrived here?"

[Gives a shrug, briefly mulling over a yellow coloured ball before snapping out of it. There's no pattern, no method to the madness that he can see. Which means (in his mind) that they're in a very dangerous situation.]
I don't think the locals will be apt to say much, and apparently the "Gods" on this network don't like giving too much info either. Saving the world with colour. Even I have to hold my hands up and say that's a new one.

Library's a bust, too, plenty of us have checked. If there's something else going on that they're not telling us about, they're keeping it really well hidden.
[He goes quiet for a bit, thinking things over.] Have you ever come up against something like this? Not a carbon copy, of course, but something that seemed like the work of gods?
