[Running out of a building with a ticking bomb in their apartment was an unexpected surprise for Sherlock, and he was sure that it also was for John.

Sherlock obviously meant to send Moriarty a text about his little present to them, but welp, no Moriarty. It was almost a disappointment, but he didn't pay much attention to it.

So the feed comes on, Sherlock trying to look as natural as ever, although a little annoyed, their flat giving off some smoke from the remains of the recent explosion in the background.]

There's been an explosion in one of the flats in the Heimdall district. John and I are fine, and so will you all since the man who did this is gone.

[ John on the other hand, is kiiind of flipping out on the inside. he can be seen on the edge of the feed, looking at the wreck. ] Jesus... that was a close call.

[ turns to Sherlock. ] This is coming out of both of our pay cheques.

[he shoots John a look, shaking his head ever so slightly.]

I saved our lives, why do I have to pay for it as well?

Because we share the rent, so we share the construction fees. It's in the contract. [ because they totally have one of those. ]

So he's really gone then?

And I said to not bring your love affairs to the flat in London, and yet you did, so don't try..

[He nods.]

Yes. A present to us from him that unexpectedly turned into his last.

[ SIGH. ] Fine.

[ he'll nod back and look into the feed. ] For anyone who spoke with James Morarty, this is what he's capable of doing. [ motions to the wreckage. ]

If he comes back, don't be fooled.

And that would have only been the start had he not left. James Moriarty may seemed like an ordinary man, but he isn't. He is far from that.

[Only Moriarty could put together a bomb within the span of a few days. And of course, that seems to be his goodbye note.:| It was a nice explosion, at any rate.]

If James Moriarty were an ordinary man, I assure you that the beautiful little explosion you just witnessed wouldn't have occurred at all.

I'll ask you once. Where has he gone?

All right, you two sound like friends. [ never a good thing. ]

People can leave this place in the blink of an eye - Moriarty is no exception. He went back to our world.

Colleagues. [Sort of. Sebastian and this Moriarty didn't quite make it to that point. But it's the loyalty that matters.] Not in your world.

How slow the gods must be if they've only just considered bringing him here a mistake.

[ so it's like the other version of him, huh? interesting. maybe other!John will know something about him. ]

It's a good riddance for the rest of us.

[Accurate, but Sebastian will deny his loyalty as anything but employment. Like he'd admit to actually caring about the old man and his wasp experiments.]

Be grateful that's all he left you with. If he wanted to kill you, he would have come to me.

[ and John is the same, but he's not afraid to admit that Sherlock is his best friend. he's loyal for that reason, not because of employment or partnership. ]

Funny, he's never mentioned you before.

So are you going to kill us then? You sound eager to pull a trigger.

Come, now. What sport is there if I tell you I'm going to kill you? I don't know what plans Moriarty had for you just yet, but there were plans. If he wants them followed through, they'll be followed through.

And if it's any consolation, he didn't mention me to me either.

He likes to present as a normal man to ordinary people if you haven't noticed.

Back home, most likely. They probably didn't need him anymore. You sure are loyal to a man you've just recently met.

Because you are like the other John Watson wandering around. From a different world, where there is another James Moriarty.

What a shame to abruptly end such a reunion.

No, chum. I'm afraid I haven't got the ammo or the orders. Not until I know how you're involved and what plans the Professor has for you. [He hasn't quite reached that point in his own world. He's running on what little the Moriarty he's met here has told him. All he knows is that Sherlock Holmes is connected to James Moriarty.]

Don't assume yourselves safe because Moriarty will return.
