His Devil Bringer keeps the katana steady as he practically glares into his... bracelet.]

And I better not get that same stupid little speech from before. I’m supposed to live here? [He laughs a bitter, sarcastic laugh.] If you think I'm just gonna accept that, then you've got another thing coming!

[Threats aside, his glare lightens up a little after a moment, the biting edge in his tone softening just a tad.]

Kyrie, if you can hear this, I need you to tell me where you are...

[Icy blue eyes avert their gaze, focusing briefly on the now clenched fist of his non-human right hand, before the feed cuts.]

If you had actually been able to see his face... well, guess whose eyes are also fixed on your weapons. Whoops. While he's seen a katana before, these are... still pretty impressive overall.]
