⒈ action & video
[ Here is a young woman walking slowly through the streets of Asgard, noticeably new if only by the concerned look on her face as she glances about, her surroundings obviously unfamiliar to her. But perhaps of greater interest is the armor she wears, though her helmet is off and tucked under one arm, her strange key-shaped sword clutched in her other hand.
She's got a lot on her mind. The first thing she'd noticed is that her armor wasn't responding to her, only to lead very quickly to the realization that her Keyblade was ... inert. It felt dead in her hands, like all the light and all the power had gone out of it.
And as she walks, she notices other senses deadened, too. She cannot feel the Light or the Darkness. The only magic she's been able to produce has been a bit of ice - none of her normal spells, and nothing of her own personal magic, either.
When she finally stops, she stands before the Welcome Hall of Odin, staring up at it with more than a little uncertainty. She shifts her Keyblade into the hand also gripping her helmet, and presses her free hand to her mouth. ]
Restoring this world... and the one from whence I came.
Something about this is not right.
[ With a final sigh, Aqua lowers her arm and moves towards the door of Odin house, letting herself in to find "her" lodgings and perhaps come across anyone who might be able to explain things to her.
When she later does make it to her room, she will use her bracelet to make a video post to the network -- by now, she has managed to take off all of her armor and store it and her Keyblade out of sight, leaving her dressed in her normal clothes. ]
I've been told I can use this bracelet to communicate with all the other travelers in this place. My name is Aqua, and I'll be staying in Odin. Please, if anyone could help me, I'm looking for my friends. Their names are Terra and Ven. It's really important that I find them, so if you've heard anything at all, I'd really appreciate hearing it.
[ A beat, before she continues. ] Is ... it true that each person here is from a different world?
[ She remembers her charge: "do not tell anyone there are other worlds." But it was one of the very first things mentioned in the welcome letter she was given. Perhaps she can find out more about this strange place, what could very well be a nexus of all worlds -- the first thing of its kind that she's ever heard of.
How very strange indeed. ]

The part about not hurting anyone. He got into a fight with someone toward the beginning. There's someone else that he doesn't get along with besides that. I'm not sure what started it but he made them very angry and I think they hurt him pretty badly.

It was bad enough for him to look for help but I don't know exactly what it was.
[Text - Filtered]
Do you have any idea who it was he fought? I'd like to find them and speak to them, if I could.
[Text - Filtered]
I do. [Although she can't help hesitating.] At least I think I do. His name is Kaz. He's
dangerous. He seems to have a temper. [And not be very bright.] If you do speak to him you should be careful.
[Text - Filtered]
If I may ask you one more thing?
[Text - Filtered]
Of course.

I'm happy to help.
[But she's still not sure how to go about this, how to explain to Aqua and Ven what's going on and why it is that she's seen fit to involve herself. Is it even best to do so at all? Her confidence, truthfully, has been damaged by this situation with Asgard. As for who she is... well, Aqua can find her name easily enough, once she realizes how. There's no excuse for hesitating.]
My name is Naminé.
[As for how she knows Vanitas, well... that's also a road she's hesitant to travel.]

[ Aqua senses something oh so slightly amiss, here. After all, that's a name she's never heard before - but she seems to understand Vanitas's nature, and has obviously been keeping tabs on him. Who is this girl, and why is she trying to keep an eye out for someone so dangerous? If this was Terra, she might understand. But a stranger?
Aqua believes Naminé's intentions are good... but something is amiss, here. ]
[Text -> Video - Filtered]
[Naminé knows Aqua's nature, as well. She knows the goodness of Aqua's heart and intentions, and yet still the girl finds herself anxious. Surely Aqua has realized by now that there's something unusual going on, and, although Naminé also means well, she's found some small comfort in being able to keep at least some distance between herself and this situation. Ven doesn't seem to suspect anything. Terra never seemed to, either. Vanitas, of course, is a different story, but that is something Naminé has been managing as best she can, mostly through keeping her name and her face out of it whenever possible.]
[She knows that she can trust Aqua to do what she believes is right, but... a part of Naminé is afraid of what that might mean for her. Still-- Aqua is most decidedly not Vanitas.]
[Naminé reaches out to turn on the video feed. Her finger hovers over the button for just a moment before completing the motion. The camera clicks on to a straight-faced Naminé, regarding the screen quietly for a brief moment before urging her lips into a smile.]
It's nice to meet you too, Aqua.
This girl looks even younger than Ven. What is she doing getting involved with someone like Vanitas...? ]
Thanks, Naminé. It's nice to attach a face to all those helpful messages.
You're welcome. Like I said, I'm happy to help.
I probably don't need to warn you to be careful around Vanitas. But why don't you let me handle him from hereon out? He's my problem, anyway. [ That last line is a little grim. ]
... No. You don't. [That admission is the easiest one. Aqua's right, of course - Vanitas is indeed her problem, so to speak, although perhaps it would be better to say that Aqua is the one with more of a stake, more right to decide what befalls him. The problem is, Naminé knows all too well how much the memories of those who enter the city can be... unreliable. How much does Aqua remember? Naminé's not sure how to ask, especially not without giving herself away. She'd like to help, really she would, but-- perhaps it is best that she stays out of it. Now, if only she could manage to convince herself wholly of that.] You're... probably right.
But ... you're not going to stop no matter what I say, are you?
I....
[It's not that she wants to fight about this, or even that she disagrees, but...]
... I'd like to help. If-- I can.
[It's absurd, isn't it? Shouldn't she be happy to leave Vanitas to someone else, someone with more right to decide his fate? Only-- he's a threat to everyone, not just Aqua and her friends.]
-- Okay. Of course...! [Because what could go wrong that Aqua shouldn't hear about, right?]
[
That's going to come back to bite her, later.][Video - Filtered]
ohohohohohohoho][Video - Filtered]
AQUA STOP UNINTENTIONALLY TROLLING HER.]
