[So, after hearing about how everyone had been given a 'special power' whenever they came here, Shiage was very interested (and overjoyed) to see what he could have. He spent all of his life being a Level 0, so he never had the luxury to know how it felt to be someone special with a unique gift. Maybe if he trained it well enough, he could be more useful to others. If you happen to be exploring through the city, you'll see A Certain Idiotic Delinquent standing in front of a wall of a building. If he actually ends up wreaking the entire thing, then he would just run away to avoid the responsibility. No harm in doing that, right?]

... Okaaay! It's time for this Great Hero Hamazura's amazing power to awaken!! Goooooo!!! [He says as he throws out a hand and expects a beam of energy to fly out. But nothing is happening as he wishes it from the bottom of his heart. He stops and clears his throat.]

What could be...? Ah, that's right! Protagonists in video games and manga always call out their attacks before they actually work. How could I, Shiage Hamazura completely forget such an important detail...? Okay, I'll try things out like that.

[Now we see our stupid thug crack his knuckles, take a few steps back annnnd go running at the wall to punch it.] BURNIIIING KNUCKLE!!

[Which makes him scream out in pain because he just punched the wall. Somehow, he's lucky enough to have not have his entire hand broken after doing that. After shaking and blowing his hand for a long moment, he'll rebound to stretch himself out... and proceed to kick the wall.] GREAT HAMAZURA KIIIIIIIIICK!!

[Which also doesn't do anything. He makes a noise of frustration and takes a second to realize that his bracelet was on. He's embarrassed about his little show, but he swallows that in to ask a question.]

... Um, do I have to get everyone to lift their hands in the air to give me a little bit of their energy? Is that my special power here? That would be kind of cool, but... Anyway, is anyone suffering under a major power malfunction right now? It can't be just me, right? Right...?

I don't know. Maybe it's not regular power malfunction, but it's just that your attack names are too lame for them to work.

Hey! I put a lot of thoughts into my attack names! Maybe if I make 'em longer, then something cool will happen.

How much longer do you plan to make them, then? If you keep going on like this your audience will fall asleep halfway through the shouting of the attack name.

[... It's so strange to be able to just -- walk out, and take walks without anyone looking over your shoulder. Allen still skirts the strange serving spirits, both because they unsettle him and because he's not sure he wants to find out what they think of his excursions.

--It is really nice to be able to come and go freely, though, still. In a sense.

Even if it leads to bizarre scenes like this -- he's not sure if this guy is supposed to be some sort of street performer, or what. He's got the same sort of... flair? But he's not dressed for the part. Maybe this is part of whatever strange culture he came from?

After the show seems to lull, Allen finally steps forward.]

[Shiage stops his antics for a moment to turn around and look at the person before him. Now that he thought it, he did probably catch a lot of attention by punching it like a fool. "Wall Banger Hamazura"'s reputation had finally begun.]
