[Smoke, fire, the general sense of panic hanging delicately in the air -- and a man who seems to be taking it all in stride.

So a dov flies about the city, raining fire upon its inhabitants. The... irony is not lost upon me, though it makes me feel--

I was wondering if you might be able to shed some light on whether it was telling the truth.

[He's not sure what the former dragon's world might have been like, but he's one of the more likely candidates to know about dragons.]

[A city littered with embers and flames is the opposite of a tiring sight to Alduin; though this human body of his is tempted to flinch at the smoke, tempted to allow fear to wash over him much like it has with many others, the World-Eater in him finds it all very novel. Not-so-strangely satisfying.

Did the dragons of your world often work-- [not for, he probably shouldn't say 'for'] --with royalty?

[Destruction in all its forms, minor and major, are appreciated by its patron god hailing from Skyrim.

Allen possesses wonderful foresight, to refrain from using the word 'for'. The word 'with' alone incites something of a scowl.] There was only one voice that the dov would bend their will to, and such a voice did not belong to a mere notions of royal blood. Even then, there was treachery.
