Action/Video - Day 428

[Stiles had drifted into his sleep quickly, lying down on his bed for a moment and sinking into that sleep that some had, living his life back home through his dreams. He slept through the calamity the morning after he'd fallen asleep and he slept through Rachel camping out in his room and talking to him like he could actually hear her. He slept through Scott telling him he'd better wake up soon and he slept through his dad coming by to look at him from his doorway a few times, like he was making sure Stiles was actually still there.

Through all of that and more, he slept. Until he was wrenched back into Asgard and his body from that new point in his life, unfortunately taken at a point when he'd been sleeping back there, the nightmare he'd been having then following him and making him sit bolt upright while screaming, his arm hitting the edge of the bedside table and turning the video on.

So, you know, enjoy that, Asgard. Have a screaming Stiles in his room who has no idea what the hell just happened and who happens to be more than a little disoriented.]

[It's a little while later that Stiles gets her message, figuring it's best to answer sooner than later. He calls her up and gives her his best smile. See? Nothing wrong here. Totally cool.]

[ liar ] Stiles. You managed to give us a wee bit of a fright. Are you alright?

[teenyoda]

Me? Yeah, I'm totally fine. Just, uh, kind of woke up on the wrong side of the universe, you know?

[frothing]

Em, no, I don't really know. You didn't seem very fine.

[teenyoda]

I'm fine. Really. Just peachy. Don't I look fine? Totally fine.

[Actually, he probably looked like he'd lost a few pounds and might be just a little itty bit paler than usual.]

[frothing]

Do you want me to be honest, because, em, you look like you've been through the ringer.

[teenyoda]

Rude, Alex. Maybe I need a shower, yeah, but hey. I'm still the same gorgeous guy you're madly in love with.

[Teasing, Alex. He's teasing.]

[frothing]

[ eye roll.] Don't tell your girlfriend.

[teenyoda]

What, you don't want to have a hot and steamy threesome? Because I would so be down for that.

[frothing]

I'm not so sure Rachel would be too keen on that. She likes you a lot.[ and for some reason, that makes her miss hal even more. ] I suppose I wouldn't want to share either, even if you are a bit of a dope. [ teasing!]

[But it was a general sort of teasing, neither of them actually wanting the end result to be them naked with each other.]

So, I wasn't gone long this time. That's... kind of a bonus.

[frothing]

But it looks like this time was a wee bit worse.

Its not normal to just... fall asleep and not be able to wake up, I'm pretty sure.
