[ Hi, Asgard. I'm not sure how odd this picture is for most of you, but have some skinny guy with the most glorious mullet you will ever lay eyes on. Lynyrd Skynyrd roadie would be the best description, right down to the poor wardrobe choice. It doesn't help that he's already found Crowley's old bar and is posting from there, but at least he looks to be cheerful and well-settled. ]

Buenos dias, bitches. Now, apparently, if you're gonna go by Jo Harvelle's watch, I'm pretty damn late. I say her watch is a couple months too fast. Gods, man. No real sense of Earthly time.

[ He pauses to drain his glass of beer in a long, seemingly endless gulp. ]

No worries, though. Doctor Badass is in now. Party can really get started.

Nah, other people can be badasses. They're just gonna define it differently than me. You asked how I'd define it, after all. How I define it isn't gonna be how someone else does.

But it sounds like only you can be one but...now I wonder what it takes to be one. It seems there's a wide range of um...badasses?

Well, yeah, I'd say so. You've got your regular run-of-the-mill badasses, and then you've got me. Other badasses don't got the same skills I do.

Oh? Then can I ask...what do you do?

A large portion of my time is devoted to doing absolutely nothing. Then you've got a bit for drinking and karaoke and sleeping. Then for the remaining half, I'm a computer genius. [ That is not a lie. ]

[For a moment, Fuuka just stares at him. He's...starting to remind her someone back home. He's certainly someone who is able to boost a lot of things about himself and y-

Wait, you're a computer genius? [Hmm....] Then can I ask you something? What do you know about computers?

[Yes, she's testing him a bit in a way]

[ That's interesting, because Ash has always been told he's one of a kind. He'd probably love to meet someone who acts like him. ]

Then would you mind if you could share what you know?

It seems like you know a lot about how to hack into a couple of things too.

You wanna hack into something more complicated than a Myspace profile, you've got your man right here. I'm not saying no if it's a Myspace profile, though. I'm just sayin'. My skills extend farther than that.

You got a computer on you? I've got my own, but the gods must've decided it was a no-go. I haven't seen hide nor hair of it.

[ This poor man. He hasn't figured out that Asgard isn't exactly the most technology friendly. ]

No, I'm saying can you hack into a security system and figure out what kind of information is in there. Or something that could risk getting yourself in jail?

[After all, she managed to hack into a high tech company's system. And besides, maybe there might be a security system in Asgard that Fuuka isn't aware of or something]

I'm afraid that I don't have one but most of the information I can find are in the library.

Unless you count your bracelet as a computer in some way.

[ Software writing of all sort is Ash's forte, but hacking is not something that's beneath him. Besides, anything to put his skills to the test. ]

This? [ He gives the bracelet an audible tap. ] Might be able to call it something of a computer. What are you wanting to hack into?

I could be wrong but...I have a theory about this bracelet of ours.

[Now she was starting to hesitate. Would this theory of hers be laughed at? Maybe but it was worth a shot]

I don't know what the Gods might be up to but...This is the only piece of technology we have when we arrived into this world. [She taps the bracelet as well] I was wondering if this was a security system in someway for them to keep track of us.

Man.

[ Even though she can't see it, Ash is grinning. He hasn't been here nearly long enough to come up with theories of his own, but Fuuka's theory definitely doesn't strike him as a silly at all. ]

Well, they've gotta keep up the all knowing gods shtick somehow. Sounds like you're onto something. Give me... [ He pauses, trying to determine how long hacking into something like this might take. It's not exactly a computer, and he knows better than to assume it works the same way as any computer back home. ] I'm gonna need more time than usual for something like this. Give me a couple weeks and I'll see what I can get out of it.

[That wasn't the answer she was expecting to hear. Honestly, she thought that this theory of hers might be laughed at. Huh.]

I certainly hope so, I just hope that hacking into this system might be a mistake. [After all, the last thing she wanted to do was to get someone else in trouble for something she might have done.]

But please do take all the time you need, I'm in no hurry for you to do something like this. In fact, I'm trying to figure out if I can do the same myself.
