[With trembling hands, heavy breaths, she's trying to settle herself. There's no sense of panic or anger on her face. Just curiosity. As she tries to catch her breath, she takes her time walking the street, observing every little thing. Every detail.

But her attire is less than to be desired. The girl with long dark hair and bright green eyes takes time to look down at her blood-splattered apron against her dark blue dress. Maybe she looks like she's from a story, maybe not. She frowns.]

Out to the streets of London and that cat told me that even if Wonderland was shattered, everything was safe. Well, if this is neither Wonderland nor London...

Its name is Asgard. [ Ange is eyeing the feed a little, the blood splatters - yet they don't seem to faze her all that much, considering how calmly she speaks up. ]

So you're right, it's neither this Wonderland nor London. But then again, it's an awful place all the same.

Asgard? What a strange name. And is any place truly paradise, free of misfortunes?

From as much as I have heard, it's supposed to be based on mythology or something like that.

[ .. there's a hum. ] I don't think so, no. But not every place has an inevitable war going on either like this place. To not even start about the number of idiots walking around here.

Then this is ... real? [She asks, pulling on her hair to see if it this the case. Or maybe it's some elaborate hallucination.

A hallucination she's better off rolling with.]

You say that as if idiots are uncommon.

I can assure you that all of this is very real, yes. Or it's something I've been hallucinating since my death. [ that would be the weirdest kind of afterlife, then.. ]

And they're not, but this place seems to have a thing for pulling them in even more.

Death? I'd never thought I would come across a ghost. [She dry jokes.]

There's not much that can be done with the mad and the idiotic. They're not worth it.

Yeah, we're normally rather rare. [ it's a good thing Ange just deadpans right along. ] Although this place has enough of them to start a club, apparently.

But there's no getting rid of them either, right? I mean, my idiotic bodyguard isn't going to leave my side anytime soon.

I didn't know the afterlife was that lacking.

[But that doesn't matter, she can make sarcastic jokes about that all she wants.]

Your bodyguard? That would imply he is useful for something. And as for "getting rid of them" that depends on one's interpretation, doesn't it?

He's only useful if you throw some money at him. He'd probably go and fetch it like some sort of dog. [ a sigh. ]

What kind of interpretation would you give to it, then?

Wouldn't that have it's benefits?

I don't really believe in harming others... unless they ask for it. In terms of that, well. I suppose distracting or ignoring them.

I suppose it would be slightly amusing if you like dogs, or something like that. But believe me, if you'd meet him you would understand that he's not worth the trouble of dealing with him.

... If by 'asking for it' you mean they've wronged you, then yeah, I agree with hurting them then too.

Duly noted, but whom do I prepare myself for? Is he like a dog also in the fact he follows you around?

[A huff.] Well, I would never bring violence against someone unless it was well-deserved.

Occasionally. And he's pretty recognizable, he has hair like an old man's except it's done into some weird ponytail. And he's generally just.. weird.

... Then that's a good attitude. You can start with these "gods" for kidnapping us to this place.

[How does one picture that. But on that thought, Alice withdraws the vorpal blade, drawing her fingers over the edge]

I would. Yet something tells me in that would be most difficult.

[ ... Huh? A knife? Ange stares at it for a moment, wondering if this girl brought it with her. ]

It would be. They hardly come out. [ she sighs. ] I haven't seen them in person even once.
