That's always a thought, though we'll be lucky if we find enough people who are both fighters and healers. [SIGH...] I'm surprised as well, to be honest. I'm also surprised that there isn't any prejudice between Houses, or something equally frustrating and crippling. We should consider ourselves lucky in that respect, I suppose.

As for the teaming up, that's another way the census could help. The hard part will be cataloging everyone already here; after that, maintaining it and adding new people as they come should be pretty simple. But at least it would make such delegation of powers easy, as reference.
