Radio § Asgard Audio Service
[By now, it's routine. At the same time each day, the radio in each welcome hall (and any that people have chosen to buy in the meantime) comes to life ready for the day's radio.
And as part of the routine, Irving's voice, calm, clear and warm, is the first sound you hear.]
Good morning and welcome to Asgard's Audio Service. I am Irving Braxiatel and this is your community radio. Created by you, for you and with the hope that we become a greater community together.
[He does do this every morning.]
We welcome our new arrivals and hope that we can all alleviate the stresses and strains that being taken away from home can cause. Rest assured you'll find friends here and hopefully something of a home here.
[I'll add a few comments down below with starters about programmes going on and your character can react, add to them, whatever you need. If you want, you can 'ring in' by posting a comment of your own with 'radio station' or 'Irving Braxiatel' or any other contributor you like and the contributor might respond!
More information, as well as a place to ask any questions or plotting can be found here.
Contributors don't need to feel required to respond, and yes, there'll be dead air, so feel free to comment on that.]

NEWS BROUGHT TO YOU BY PROFESSOR RIVER SONG
WEATHER BROUGHT TO YOU BY VISLOR TURLOUGH
MUSIC BY MAGLOR, RIL SORRIN AND DAVID SPRITE
pre-made recording
In wonder we wait behind strong walls
Harking the storm that rides
The hurtling legion with thunder loosed
That echoes crashing thro' the slumbrous vault
Wrathful chaos points pealing din
Then from drenched eaves a swallow darts
Raise your bowed heads and see!
The crystal stillness of an air unveiled
Come forth to stand and be filled with day.*
*(ooc: thoroughly mangled from Siegfried Sasson's 'Storm and Sunlight')
