[Because of Bran's condition, he was basically stuck pass the Odin Welcome Hall. The maid was kind enough to carry him to the door, but no further. So the young boy was basically trapped right outside the door. He couldn't even head outside, and he wasn't about to ask a stranger for help. Bran was proud, too proud, and there was a lingering embarrassment of his condition. The maid knew, but he wasn't sure about everyone else, and he wasn't about to just hand out information, though it was pretty obvious.

The maid informed him about the bracelet, and though it felt far-fetched, Bran decided to try it out. It was all he had, after all.]

Hodor? If you can hear this, I require your assistance. I'm in the Odin House, or so I have been told. The sooner you can get here the better.

[He hoped that the message would reach Hodor because if it didn't, he wasn't sure what he would do. So while he awaited Hodor's Hodor, he sighed, leaning back against the wall for support.]

[ For a moment, Catelyn believes it to be a trick of her mind. She'd spent so much time praying to the Seven, hoping for this very moment that when it happens, she cannot accept it to be true. But it is and when she hears his little voice, her heart clenches and she's quick to respond, quick make sure her eyes are no deceiving her.]

Bran? [ my sweet summer child.]

[A voice and face he wasn't expecting. It was as if he had forgotten all about it. With everything going on, he nearly forgotten about how he was abandoned. Nearly, but not completely.

Nevertheless, breath caught in his throat as he tried to speak to his mother. He wanted to yell at her and hug her all at the same time. So the young adult he was trying to become faded. Replacing it was the young child Bran actually was, but hidden away.]

Mo-mother? Is that really you?

[ How could it be? How could he be here and alive? While she may have hoped that the reports were false, in her heart she believed that her two youngest were slain. And yet, here he is, proof of her greatest mistake. She should have never left him behind and yet, she had to.]

Yes, it is me, Bran. I... [ She cannot say what she thought. She is utterly breathless with the exhilaration of seeing him alive. ] Are you alright?

Are you okay ofur there? [She tilts her head, curious. It's an unusually calm reaction for someone arriving to not make more of a fuss.]

[A kid. Maybe Rue's age? Probably a little younger. Kevin thinks. He doesn't want the kid to be in trouble. He knows what that's like well enough.]

[The proud prince he was trying to become suddenly disappeared, and once again, he became the boy he really was. It couldn't be helped, not in front of his mother.]

[He is a prince and a Stark, so he had to keep his cool at all times. However... this girl was gray.]

I am perfectly fine. What of you though, stranger?

[ His words threaten to break her, they make her face fall with shame for a quick moment before she gathers herself once more. It's the right question a boy would ask his mother.]

I was with your brother. [ I was a fool.] Trying to bring your sisters back. [ She takes in a breath.] I am so sorry, my sweetling.

[Not a kid. A prince.]

I am quite well. [Not really, but this person didn't need to know. And seeing how this wasn't Hodor...] Whom might you be, stranger?

[John has been thinking of ways to reply. How do you reply? The boy wasn't addressing the network, rather, he was addressing someone that likely wasn't here anyways.]

I don't know who Hodor is, but odds are he isn't here.

[The bitter boy that came out after he awoke returned.]

But you didn't. You just left me, just like everyone else. Why didn't you wait for me to wake? [Did she think he wasn't going to?]

No. I am perfectly alright... [Well, he was.] But what do you mean that Hodor isn't here?

[ She deserves his bitterness, she deserves to know his anger. She left him and Rickon behind and because of her, harm came to him, she did not protect him as she should.]

I did not want to leave you, Bran. It was not an easy decision. Much happened and I needed to warn your father and--- [ then she needed to help her other son, to get her daughters back.] But I am sorry that I did not wait. I thought you would be safe at Winterfell.

If you say so, I mean if you needed help there are plenty of people out here willing to give it to you. Namely people in your house. [....]

Some people aren't here upon your arrival. It's hard to explain. But you were taken from your own world and put here. So there is a good chance this Hodor guy hasn't even shown up yet. [He hates telling the truth sometimes about these things, but it is definitely a lot easier to be truthful from the start- or so he's learned.]

[This was a lot to take in, and he wasn't happy about it.]

No. He has to be here. I cannot -- No. He has to be here. If he isn't how will I be able to...

Who can I speak to about this? I need Hodor here. Or even Osha, Jojen, or Meera. Tell them that Brandon Stark, Prince of Winterfell wishes to speak to them. [Hopefully his status will give him some pull because clearly this kid knows something and can do something about it.]

But you did. You left like everyone else. [No one wanted to deal with the broken boy.

His tone softened, clearly hurt and saddened.] Isn't family first? Aren't I family?

Bran-- [ His words break her heart, she wants to see him, to hold him. She owes him more of an apology than over this thing.]

I would not have left your bedside for any reason that was not dire. Robb was meant to stay with you, to protect you, but we had to try to save your lord father, your sister. You are my family, you are my life, my son. I did not want to bring you into danger, I only wanted to keep you safe because you are my son and I love you. And I know I failed you. [ She lets out a breath.] Let me come to you.

Bran! It's you!

[Sansa is becoming happier by the day. First Jon, then her mother, now her little brother is here too!]

[There was a part of him that knew she was right and that she did the right thing, but that didn't mean it hurt any less. It hurt to awake to an empty house. It felt like no one wanted to deal with him because of what he had become.

But he didn't want to think about that. He wanted her there. He wanted his mother and to hug her. There were no words for how much he missed her, but there was just one problem...]

Will you stay?

[This is a surprise!]

Sansa! [He was a bit happy, but still a little bitter with her as well.] Is everyone in this place?

[ She nods, swallowing thickly with tears welling up in her eyes.] I will. I will never leave you again if I can make it so. [ That is her promise.] I give you my word. [ Her smile is one of heartbreak and full of love for him, longing for her little boy.] And I am not looking at my feet.

Hello Bran! I'm so happy to see you! Not everyone is here, but Robb, Jon and mother are. [And some others, but they're not really important.]

[He scoffs.]

The so-called gods must be truly desperate for warriors if they'll take a cripple.

[Also hello, I tried to have you killed once. Nice to see you again.]

[A prince, maybe, but still a kid.]

[Give Robb a second to respond, he's in shock. First Jon, then his mother, and now Bran. His entire family is being dragged in to fight a war not theirs, and he mislikes that greatly.

But--it's his family, and he's missed them. He's missed Bran too, ever since he'd gotten news of his death.]

Hodor isn't here. [I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. He pushes those thoughts away.] I am, though, and Mother and Sansa and Jon as well. I'll come get you.

[Odin's welcome hall--well, he knows his way there, though he doesn't come visit it as often as he does Freya.]
