[River is grinning wide as the feed turns on and she only seems to get happier as moments pass.]

I got boots! [She laughs, utterly delighted by this and gives a kick in the air to show off her newly acquired boots from the Fruit Of Blessings.]

This means someone should come dancing with me. [She looks hopefully at the screen but wont' be disappointed if she can't find anyone. She will happily dance by herself at this point.] Anyone interested?

[Right at the very start of the feed, there's a second where Jamie also looks quite pleased as he spares a glance down at a sheepskin vest he's wearing. But as he glances up again, the expression turns into one of faint confusion, his brow furrowing just a touch as he looks at her.]

Hey? What does dancing have to do with getting new boots?

Dancing. [Something she hasn't done yet. Clearly this is a sign that it must be rectified.]

Everything! [She says it as if it's obvious. Which, to her, it is.]

[Obviously. River will happily dance away the day with the TARDIS, if it turns out to be something she enjoys.]

Anywhere. I can find you and we can dance anywhere. Spin under the sky fall down into the arms of the world..

[Chances are that she won't be nearly as good at it as River. But that's not the point, is it?]

[And with the information in hand, River of off like a shot, racing to the park as quickly as she can. She's laughing all the while, jumping and turning and making a dance of the whole thing.

Upon seeing Alice (and Marigold) she waves excitedly, a grin on her face.]

[She nods, bouncing a little.] Perfect We'll go as high as we can, find a place to greet the sky.

[Smiles.] I will meet you there.

[Alice hurries over to River and bounces, Marigold purring as she hugs River upon seeing her.]

[ simon smiles, though the gesture doesn't quite reach his eyes. he hasn't had as much good fortune with the apple trees as she has, but he tries not to let it show because right now it doesn't matter. what matters now is that river has new boots and she wants to go dancing.

grinning, he exhales a quiet chuckle. ]

Someone looks happy.

[She grins.] I'm hoping! [She giggles[ Not everyone likes to dance though.

No, I can, it's just good to have them. Keeps me from floating off.

Outside the library! [She spins, clearly excited by the prospect.]

Got something good, it's worth being happy over. [She grins wide.

But there's something of about her her brother, something she can't quite pinpoint. It makes her tilt her head, study him a little more closely.] What's wrong?

[And River does find the highest place she can, it takes her a while but she manages it. Her eyes are bright and she's sitting on the edge of the roof, looking out onto the city, her feet swinging back and forth. She's looking forward to this, more than she possibly should be but that doesn't matter. Good things are to be celebrated and she wants to revel in the good while she can.]

River wraps her arms around the little girl and gives her a twirl.] You too. [She laughs.] And you, Marigold!

[She grins.] Any kind! It doesn't matter, as long as it's dancing.
