[Enma watches - he's definitely more intense, more on edge than Tsuna might recall.]

[Tsuna slowly lowers his map and yeah, it really isn't Tsuna's imagination. There was something different about Enma and he was acting like how he was when they had first met. Before everything else happened]

Enma...are you sure everything is alright? Did something happen?

[the map in his hand crumples a little]

You seem...more tense.

[There's something frustrating about Tsuna's attitude - why does he care now? As far as Enma's concerned, Tsuna's made it perfectly clear that his life is of little import. Why pretend now?]

Why are you so worried?

[he blinks slowly. That hurt, actually. A lot. Why wouldn't he be worried?]

[He almost wants to laugh - almost. Friend? Then why weren't you there?, he wants to ask. If you want to say friend, why weren't you the dependable person he took you to be?

Enma goes quiet for a moment, huffs at Tsuna's annoying friend talk, but replies to the last question.]

I'm fine. You should find your house.

I will but it's just--you seem really different today.

[He almost drops it. Lets it go with a shaky smile and a 'if you say so Enma'. But something stops him and he can't just drop it. Not when it felt like something had happened to make Enma change, doubt in their friendship, after all they had been through. It digs at his heart, it's just too unlike Enma and he just wants to know what went wrong so he can fix it]

[redshifts]

[He tenses up all at once, then eases, just a bit, because he has to stay calm. He's the boss - he has to learn to act like one eventually, no matter how much he wants to push against it.]

...it's weird. Seeing everyone show up all once. Sasagawa-san is here, too.
