[It's been a strange few days for Robb, since coming here. There was the shock of his arrival first, then meeting up with his family along with people who apparently knew him before, then there's finding out that yes, he is staying here on a more permanent basis now.

To say he's having mixed feelings about all this is an understatement, but he's going to make the most of it. And besides, he still has questions that need to be answered, and he figures now would be a good time.]

When I arrived here, I was told that I had come here before, though I don't remember it. Is it common, then, for people to leave and return without remembering if they had ever been here at all? [He doubts it, honestly, because people don't just--forget a place like this. He's certain of that much.]

And as for...whatever that was, [aka Loki's guide, wtf was that even] as interesting as it was, there are some things I still don't understand. I want to know as much as I can about it, and this war we're to fight for the gods here. [It's clear he doesn't really think much of this whole "fight a war for us" deal. Blame that pesky Northern honor.

Oh, yeah: one last thing.]

If there is anyone else from Westeros still here after the festival, aside from myself and Arya, then I would like to hear from them.

Two pieces of slightly good news. Nobody has seen the Lannisters in months. I think they're gone for now. The other is that a few of us do know a bit. If you've got any questions we'll try to answer.

[She's feeling chatty. She didn't get to know you properly the first time, Robb, and she means to change that. She and Arya have been through enoug weird situations that you really do need to know who the hell she is.]

[and then--] The Lannisters were here? ["Were" being the key word here.] Last I heard they were still in King's Landing.

[And that they'd made Sansa one of their own, given her to the Imp to be his wife. The thought of it still stings, especially now.]

Briefly, Cersei and her brother. They caused very little trouble, though some harsh words were spoken. They are far from their world, after all, as are you. Being on even footing can be humbling.

But 'were' is definitely the word for it.

It seems to happen more often than you think... I was also told that I had been here before, but I do not have any memories of my previous time here... [She sighs.]

[He supposes he can thank the gods for this much, at least, that he'd been spared having to run into Jaime Lannister or his sister here. He still remembers, after all.]

Centuries before we ever arrived, if their histories are to be believed. This set of conflicts and us being here, though, is closer to a year now by their reckoning, though time is... strange here.

So I've been told. It's...strange, to say the least.

Then we're more common than I thought. [It's a slight comfort to Robb, strangely enough, to know that there are people from his world as well.] I am Robb Stark, of the North. [King in the North, but what does that matter, when you're dead?] May I have your name, my lady?

Yes, it is. [Especially after everything he's had to go through.]

How strange is it?

People show up from different times, with and without memories even if they've been here before. Everyone I've seen has aged about twice as fast as they should here... so it is strange.

So it is... There are people here who remember us, but who we know nothing about. I would believe it is best to be wary of them...

You know Arya? I'm not from Westeros, but I've talked to her a bit and agreed to help train her. I'm Kara. Asgard is...certainly an experience, I'll admit that much. The gods and this war are kind of a joke if you ask me, bringing in kids and all, but they don't seem to be able to control just who they bring in to fight, so we make do with that.

[aka hi Robb, meet Starbuck. She will be teaching your little sister how to use a gun. Fun times.]

Robb Stark, and aye, Arya's my sister. [And she shouldn't be fighting this war, goes unspoken, but all the same, it's there, running beneath his words. He's fought a war himself, won his battles but lost so much, and Arya's too young to go through any of that.

He lets out a breath, then changes the subject:] So it seems to be. I've only been here for a few days, and already I've seen so much more than I have in Westeros.

Yes. I'm staying in Heimdall--I haven't found out what they've given me for my power yet.

I've never heard of them until I came here, I don't know what to expect from them. Though I have heard tell that this war has lasted for centuries.

Then I shall. And, if you'll forgive my asking, where did you come from in Westeros?

She does seem to come from a bigger family than mine. Welcome to the war, I guess. At least you have one familiar face from home with you to help out. [She doesn't necessarily mean with fighting, though from what Arya has told her, the girl seems quite capable on that front even for her age, as much as Kara hates the thought of kids that young getting involved.]

It's...a lot to take in at first, that's for sure. And you're not the only one who has been here and doesn't remember, from what I can gather. Seems the gods can't make up their minds, or they just can't control who shows up.
