Teasure 19 ❊ Video/Action Draupnir

[Greeting everyone, hopefully everyone is enjoying the close up view of Aladdin’s eyeball. He’s having a bit of trouble recording and all.]

Hello I’m sorry everyone that wanted to use the large stage in Draupnir today, thanks to this curse I don’t think there is much room for any performances without it being too distracting for the audience or just practicing. If anyone still really wants to come in and practice that’s fine, I-I’ll....try not to get in the way.
[He sounds oddly unsure about that.]

It’s just that I’ve been given an interesting curse and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to leave this room anytime soon. I’m starting to get a little hungry too. If anyone could bring me a couple of watermelons that would be nice and I’d really appreciat-

[Then Aladdin suddenly hiccups, and loud whooshing sound can be heard followed by a loud thud. His eye squints in pain]

…Ow, that really hurt.

[The view jolts anyone watching can get a full body view of Aladdin but the lighting isn’t too great at the moment. So all that can be seen is a…really…large…silhouette of something with long pointy nails, that’s filling up the entire stage before the feed suddenly cuts off.

For anyone calls him back or comes over to Draupnir they’ll see what trouble Aladdin’s gotten into this time. He’s big, he’s blue and he’s grown a third eye and he could easily crush you  but thankfully Aladdin doesn't roll like that. Aladdin been turned into a Djinn. Which isn’t the only problem if the hiccups are any indication to everyone and the fact he can't fit through any doors.]

A...A...Aladdin?!? W...What the hell happened to you?

[She sounds more than a little terrified, actually, and Samantha is legitimately stammering. She's not sure she can help with those watermelons, big guy. She wants to try, but she's really really not sure about it.]

Um I had been moving around some stage props to storage and next thing I know my is head hitting the ceiling.

[He isn't that scary compare to the real Djinn he's met before. Thankfully he only wants fruits to eat, no suddenly acquired taste for human or humanoid flesh.]

[She's still going to be oh so afraid of that, though the mention of watermelons did help a little bit in the 'danger meter' sense.]

You... are really really big, you know that? Are you sure a couple watermelons are going to cut it, and can you even digest the rinds?

[snugglesjugs]

I could it a lot of watermelons when I got really before I got turned into a djinn, rinds really didn't bother me too much. I'm just a little hungry right now, so a few bite sized ones are just fine.

[samantha_grey]

... by bite size... you mean current bite size?

[snugglesjugs]

That is what I mean, at least those words mean food that can fit into a person's mouth right?

I... I'll bring something over in a little bit. But no grabbing. Got it?

Okay no grabbing! I'll just sit and wait patiently.

[By the time that she arrived, Samantha had spent almost a full hour trying to get herself to the point where she wasn't half as nervous as she had been. As soon as she was inside of the theater, though, it was another story entirely. She froze at the highest step, a dolly with a box full of cantalopes and watermelons on it. She looked, for all the world, like a deer caught in the headlights of an oncoming car.]

Oh you're back that didn't take long...?

Sam, are you okay? [He peers over at her, leaning sightly to get a better look.]

[samantha_grey]

Really... really... shit!

[She pushed herself up against the doorway and looked at him with a swallow, holding up a hand and raising a finger. He was really big. Wrap your fingers around you and pick you up like a barbie big. She breathed slowly, controlling her breathing to try and avoid hyperventilating.]

Big. You are really big.

[snugglesjugs]

I thought you already knew I was bigger? I think I'm kind of short for djinn anyway, they could touch the sky if they wanted too.

[If he was that big he'd actually bring down the place just by shifting around.]

[samantha_grey]

[Don't say things like that. That'll make her hyperventilate for real. She moved very carefully one step at a time towards the melons and swallowed. As she did, she remembered how scary the Dragon had been.

And he'd been a huge distance away when they'd taken him over.]

It's just... I haven't seen someone this big in a while.

[snugglesjugs]

I might be big, but I'm not going to do anything to you. I can't even stand up right now.

[In a way her reaction is somewhat normal Djinn aren't exactly the friendliest looking being you'll every meet.]

[samantha_grey]

... you're right.

[She breathed in a bit better as she realized that he was right. Even if he tried to grab, she could bolt in the tight confines. Starting to push the box up, she reached in and put one of the watermelons where Aladdin could reach it and step back, swallowing.]

Sorry... I should be laughing right now.

[snugglesjugs]

[He slowly reaches over, picks the melon up and pop it in his mouth. He hums a little as he chews his snack before pouting at her.]

Why would you be laughing, I look really cool. [No, Aladdin you look even more like a harem boy then usual.]

[samantha_grey]

Just because the situation... it's kind of silly even if you look like a gigantic and very blue... ummm, what are you?

[snugglesjugs]

Oh that's easy I'm a djinn right now.

[samantha_grey]

A djinni? You mean like three wishes and lamps djinni?

[snugglesjugs]

They're sort of like that, djinn in my world live in metal vessels like lamps or anything else made of metal. They can't grant wishes but they can give people power though.

[samantha_grey]

... Well, all stories are going to lose a little in translation. Sorry about freaking out though... I don't like things as big as you are right now, no offense.

Don't be sorry, while Im pretty use to djinn, people normally act like you for the most part. If anything that would shock me would be their actual looks and not their sizes.
