How I miss the days where I would not have to wear such heavy things or sully my robes because of seasons. I never know what I've taken for granted by the lack of smell or feeling. Every being has a unique scent to them.

Everyone of them. We can smell the earth in which they came from. If it was burned or rich from harvest. Or if that soil had blood from a battle. Just a scent and we are able to detect even the undetectable from they were coming. Now I have to remind myself that I've lost that, constantly sniffing the ground or the air. You leave a scent in the air, too.

But it is much more easy to detect another's kind. It's not the touch- the sensation at the back of one's neck knowing that they are watching. Either your kindred is kind, orderly, sensible, or well. Then there are some so consumed with hunger and flesh that they are not in their minds at the moment.

What ridiculous senses I have now. To think the most I miss is scent; that way, I can smell all of your blood coming towards me.
