As many will have likely heard by now, the gods have seen it necessary to assemble watches for every district of the city. A leader for each one has been selected accordingly, with myself overseeing efforts for Freyr's district.
[Try to not ask him the specifics of how they were chosen, he's just acting the part expected of him for now.]
The others entrusted with the efforts of organizing these watches have already made themselves known, though it would be best for everyone to remember that this is not meant to be an individual effort. Anything suspicious should be reported to any of those who organized the watches regardless of district, and the necessary actions will be taken.
Though we are now allied with Utgard, watch should still be kept for anything suspicious coming from the Gate of Fog as well as the other two Gates. [You know what they say about enemies hiding under the pretense of peace and gifts.]
