[ Kotetsu chuckles a little. He's never met anyone here that's shown this type of interest before. He's been asked questions before, of course, but this is the first he's seen anyone get this excited.
His next question, however, causes Kotetsu to smile a little sadly. ]

Most of us are treated well and accepted. At least ... myself and the other NEXT who are in my line of work are accepted.
There are a few out there who would rather that we didn't exist, mostly because they're frightened of us. There are a lot of NEXT who use their powers for their own gain, after all, so some see us as dangerous.

We can't do much about that, really. [ He shrugs, smiling sadly still. ]
