It depends on the type of magic, from what I've seen. Some magic is simple while other forms are more complicated.

Wouldn't you want to do more advanced magic over time though?

I do actually. Back home when I started to do magic it was just heat magic. It's really simple but it doesn't do much.

However once I met my teacher I learn more advance stuff. Like making balls of fire.

What other kinds of stuff can you do?

[ To say that Painwheel's curious would be an understatement. Her world has supernatural powers, but it doesn't really have magic like Aladdin's talking about. ]

I was learning how to manipulate water as well it's a bit trickier for me. oh and I know how to fly as well.

There are all sort of different types of magic back home I'm only started to scratch the surface.
