[ When the feed clicks on, it's done hurriedly as though as a last minute decision, and it's just in time, too. What can be seen is by no means a proper ceremony: they're not in the Great Hall, Arthur's crown is not his own, and the rest of the Court of Camelot is not in attendance.

Instead, Lancelot is knelt before Arthur in the middle of New Camelot's cleared out living room. Both men are in their full armour (repaired and cleaned by the worst servant ever after the Darkness event) without surcoat, and Arthur is wearing a long, red cape that doesn't have the Pendragon crest on it, but was a nice last minute touch by the very same worst servant ever.

Arthur's sword is drawn, but they are by no means fighting, and the Prince touches the end of his blade to each of Lancelot's shoulders before he can be heard speaking. ]

Arise, Sir Lancelot - Knight of Camelot, and guardian of Asgard.

[Even from this wide angle, the emotion on the recently knighted man's face is impossible to ignore. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this video is worth a million. Lancelot rises to his feet to the sound of deafening cheers and applause, the image shaking as the cameraman cheers and claps along with the rest of the crowd. Blurred as the image gets, the smile on Lancelot's face remains clear; so bright it could keep Asgard lit all on its own.

As he turns to face his audience, the bracelet tumbles out of the enthusiastically cheering hands, and the feed turns black before ending.]

[Nakama's eyes cloud with tears - after all of the terrible things that happened, so many people are presenting them with happy images and promises of better things. The strength is awe-inspiring.

She claps along, tears streaming down her face.]

[It takes him a while to respond; everyone in the small audience that gathered for the ceremony demands his attention, seeking to congratulate him. His smile is still bright by the time he makes his way to his bracelet, but the sight of her softens it. He isn't sure how to address her tears, so instead he addresses her applause.]

I'm - so happy for you, Lancelot - [She hiccups between words, totally overtaken with emotion. Little things seem to send her over the edge lately - she supposes it's only natural after what they've all been through, but it's embarrassing.]

[ He says her name warmly, affectionately. It's good to see her outside of the darkness, away from that hardship. There is light here, something far more gentle and suited to her. ]

You should join us. I am certain these celebrations will make for quite the evening, and we would be glad to have you.

[She covers her face with her hands for a moment, trying to get her emotions under control. After wiping her cheeks dry, she reappears with a smile.]

[ He smiles lightly, teasing. ]

[Lyon knows exactly how he must feel right now. It's the same sense of pride that swelled within her when she was accepted as an apprentice Queen's Knight, and again upon her full induction. Her own heart swells with pride for him, and it's impossible to keep a bright smile from her face as she watches the ceremony.]

Alright. [She gives a shaky, watery laugh.] Just let me... clean up, and put something nice on...

[She's basically been living in her pyjamas or workout gear when she goes out, her ponytail is untidy, and she's still pale with those dark circles under her eyes. She's far from recovered, but she'll put on her best face for her Camelot family.]

[This is such a trip that Mary can't stop grinning- Lancelot's happiness is beyond adorable, the experience of being at a knighting keeps routinely blowing her mind, and seeing Arthur acting like actual ripped-from-the-movies royalty is just. weird.

After picking up the fallen bracelet, Mary somehow worms through the many people to pull Lancelot into a hug, albeit a gentle one around the armor.

Once she's hassled Lance enough, she'll be buzzing around all over the place, setting out chips and dip (because really, cooking? nfw) and drinks, and talking to people. After about half an hour, she'll pretty much have a drink in her hand constantly.]

[ Arthur's been sure of Lancelot's nobility since the griffin, was made doubly certain when he came to their aide in regaining Camelot, and if the third time isn't a bloody charm, then he will renounce his own damned knighthood because this is a proud moment for them both.

After the ceremony has ended, Arthur will shed the crown, cape and mail, instead wandering around in a deep red tunic with his sword ever-fastened at his belt. He's in a particularly good mood (almost overtly, as though maybe he's trying to force Bad Things from mind), and can be found virtually anywhere with drinks and a smile.

He will not consider tonight a successful celebration unless there is complete and utter chaos at some point. Someone help him organise a food fight. ]

[The cautious, mistrusting side of Arya that has shown itself so often since her arrival in Asgard is completely absent this evening. The ceremony had reminded her of happier days at Winterfell, and she was throwing herself into the party as much as she could. Right now, she's stuffing herself full of food, smiling sadly at memories of Sansa and Septa Mordane chastising her for not being ladylike when she would do something like that at home. One thing she does like Asgard for is the fact that she doesn't have to answer to anyone, and can just be herself, and that's exactly what she's being tonight.]

[ Wow, rude, Arthur is actual ripped-from-the-movies royalty, that is not weird at all, you jerk. He'll catch her right after changing while she's still setting up, snagging a chip before she's even done putting the bowl on the table. ]
