[ Steve's expression is serious as the feed clicks on, a minor amount of distortion rippling through. He's in the Arena in Thor District, near the big entrance doors with only a small amount of light to protect him. ]

I'm going to make this quick.

[ He pauses a moment as a loud bang can be heard, but he doesn't seem to flinch, though there is very obvious worry etched in the lines of his face. ]

If there is anybody near or inside Thor District, make your way to the Arena. I've barricaded the main entrance, so you'll have to come around the back. Knock four times and I will let you in.
If you are a healer or have the ability to fight, you'll need to notify me immediately. This place might be a decent shelter, but it's not likely to hold out for much longer.

Once again, if you are in the Thor District, report to the Arena for shelter.

[ He salutes and the feed shuts off. ]

There should be a couple of emergency kits still stashed in the Arena. My friend and I put them there when we were trying to get supplies distributed for the entire city.

They've got canned food, water, a couple of space blankets, flashlights, batteries, candles, matches and first-aid kits.

[As far as her state of being is concerned, she doesn't look great. Not bad, per say, but not great. Determined, though. Definitely. And she'd be volunteering herself for the 'ability to fight' category if she wasn't already running around.]

[There's one girl brandishing a... hockey stick? Well, it's her weapon of choice for the moment, and she doesn't look too worse for wear just yet.]

I don't need shelter, but I wouldn't mind lending a hand protecting it if others are there. I could deliver some flashlights or matches if you need them too.

[Arya's gripping her sword so tightly that her knuckles are practically white, looking terrified, although she won't admit it. She's hid in a corner of the Thor Welcome Hall so far, and is now very glad that it's only a short distance between there and the Arena.]

I figured that the larger buildings would be used as shelters. This is really just a notice for anyone in the immediate vicinity.

Well, the Arena's quite big, so I'm guessing a few hundred could fit in here.

[ He looks concerned, eyebrows furrowing. ]

[ Steve notices that terrified look on her face right away and tries to look calm as though for her sake. ]

I'll keep a look-out for you. Try to stay in the light as much as you can.

They should be in the foyer of the building that the practice rooms are put of. From memory, I think the staff found room for one under the reception desk and the other is in the office somewhere.

No, but -- surely it's dangerous to be outdoors so often.

Can you defend yourself?

A few hundred, okay good. [She nods, keeping that in mind. The Library is already pretty full, and far, and it's nice to know that she's got another option.

Kate shrugs a bit at his question, giving him a small smile.]

Cap, have you been outside for long? I'm surviving, that's about as good as it's gonna get for right now.
