[ The video feed flickers on to show a flustered young lady, her cheeks blushing all too red that it's anyone's wonder if she's down with the flu/fever. She fidgets for a moment, seeming to take a while to compose herself, stifling a yawn. Then she smiles, a small shy one, her green eyes mildly confused and hesitant. ]

Ah... Hallo there. I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Liechtenstein, or more formally, the Principality of Liechtenstein. [ Now that sounds slightly too formal even to her own ears. If possible, her ears redden even further. ] Urm, just... Liechtenstein will do.

[ She fumbles briefly with the bracelet, trying to keep the view above her shoulders, as if embarrassed to show what's below. She clears her throat, pulling herself together even as she tries to still her wildly beating heartbeat. ] This might seem like a strange question, but if anyone has seen my brother, could you let me know? His name is Switzerland, and— [ At this point, she can't help giggling softly, before quickly catching herself. ] —he tends to carry a rifle around.

[ A small nod of her head in reminiscent of a curtsy. ] Thank you.

[ Liechtenstein blinks for a moment at the chirpy and enthusiastic reply. Then she gives a beaming smile. ]

Oh... Thank you very much. [ A nod of her head. ] A pleasure to meet you, Asahi. My name is... ah, I have already introduced myself earlier. [ Sheepish smile. ]

Yeah, I heard! It really sounds like an exotic kind of name.. are you from Europe or something like that?

Ah... Ja, I am from Europe.

[ A light giggle, finding it a little strange to be considered having an exotic name. But of course, since one don't usually name their child after a nation. ] Not many people know about me. [ Herself as a nation, she meant. ]

Aw, don't put it that way! [ Asahi thinks she means she's impopular with people in general or something, not just as a nation.. ]

I'm sure a girl like you has a whole lot of friends!

[ Look at her adorable cute face, how could she not be popular? Though of course, it's just that other nations are a little more well known than her. ]

Oh~ I do have friends. I just made one with you. [ And now she can't stop grinning, teasing Asahi. ]

As for Liech, though, she knows Asahi is only teasing her in return. ] We could get to know each other better, right?

I wouldn't mind that. [ Her grin indicates it's genuine, at least. ] I mean.. it's better to not be alone in this place! I already have some friends, but making more wouldn't be a bad thing, I'm sure.

[ She nods in agreement, smiling. ]

If you do not mind me asking, which house are you living in?

[integrous]

I'm in Heimdall! I mean, not like I'd mind telling, there's nothing bad about that, right?

[steuerparadies]

I do not think there is anything bad about revealing it. And I am in Sigyn.

[ A pause. ] We still can visit each other, right? [ If it ever comes down to that. ]

[integrous]

Heh, of course we can! In fact, my best friend from back home is here in Sigyn too, and I'd go nuts if I could never visit her.

[ a laugh. ] So if I ever go see her, I wouldn't mind stopping by you on my way there either.

Is that so? [ How wonderful that Asahi has her best friend here, although in a different house. ]

Wonderful! I look forward to the time when we can meet each other. [ Wide smile here now. ]

[ she smiles right back! ]

Geez, you sure are polite.. It's not often that you still see people like that around! [ that's sort of a pot kettle kind of thing though, since Asahi herself isn't exactly polite.. ]

[ That has Liech flushing a deep red at the compliment. She knows that at times, she can be much too polite and formal at times. Which was why she has quite a hard time understanding other people's informal greetings sometimes. ]

...is that so? Surely there are others like me.

Oh, there are. I know a few of them. [ Mostly since Asahi just contacts all the cute young girls at some point, since they're more trustworthy than normal people.. ]

Since they're good people to be around, you know?

[ Liech nods, smiling. Friends and family are often the ones who shape what you are. ]
