/HOLMES HAS PRIORITIES

Murder isn't so common place in Asgard and your drive to commit it, simply is , sustenance. If you had, in a matter of hypotheticals, a consistant being to obtain sustenance from there would be no reason for you to preform the act.

Thus in the events where the dead do manage to turn up - you and the dull, dull reason of hunger pangs could be ruled out and thus it would leave us room for more interesting motives of murder.
