[The bracelet doesn't start recording as a complete accident, but it does turn on sooner than its wearer intends. Yuri is clearly addressing someone out of view, his usually polite mask fractured by an expression best described as troubled, but not without some measure of anger. His voice, too, is pained in tone.]
I've told you time and time again to leave. I won't listen to anything you have to say. No. It's decided. I'll do what I must. Why should it be any different here? Now go!
[There's no audible or visible reply, but a moment later, Yuri relaxes. He takes a moment to compose himself, fixing a small smile on his face.]
The unjust always show themselves at last. Their words and deeds betray them. Perhaps there is nothing we can do but bear witness, yet I will not hesitate to do so, nor to say that those who have brought us here have wronged us, regardless of their nature.
That said, following recent events, I felt I should make a gesture to the community as a whole. Those of you who come to the Hrafn Tea Room may have a tea of your choice, free of charge. We're located down the street from the library; look for the raven signboard.
A small gesture, but perhaps it will bring you some warmth. Those of a certain mindset may also find suitable conversation partners, or a sympathetic ear. [By which he means those who care for justice.]
[[ooc: Whether your character responds to this post or not, they are welcome to show up at the Tea Room Log.]]

Hello...are you okay?

No... Unfortunately, I'm not sure what else can be done at this juncture, but thank you.
[He pauses, before adding to that.]
It's frustrating.
[Video] sorry for slow!
[he pauses. He doesn't recognize the young woman. He also doesn't realize yet that his brief outburst was recorded, so he's not sure why she's asking.]
I'm fine, thank you. Simply concerned about recent events.
