[The video feed clicks on to a view of Kiri's (still messy) room, but with a few easels set up and paintings set up on them. The pictures...look very abstract and each one displaying a different pattern, yet they all share one thing in common: they're very colorful. Someone's been taking out their frustrations on their work. With the recent fatalities being displayed on the network, Kiri's had to vent in the way he does best, but it's still hard to get them off his mind. Sure, he's watched people get beat up, but he's never seen a violent death before, so the images are haunting him for now.

It's draining his inspiration as well, but this he can fix by appealing to the city for help:]

Hey, it's Kiri again.

Can anyone give me suggestions on what to draw? I'm kind of... [lost, confused, disturbed] ...bored right now, and I can't come up with anything to do keep busy.

I can even create items for you since I have the ability to turn my drawings into real things. No charge since you'll be giving me the idea, but I'll enough details to be able to replicate it.

[He pauses as if to say more, but he shuts off the feed with a mumbled 'thanks'.]


[Private Text to Hibiki:] Hey, what are you doing right now?

[That's...not a good sign. It's definitely worrying too since he's been worried about Hibiki seeing the videos as well.]

Oh, wow. I had no idea you where and artist, Kiri. If I give you a description could you draw someone?

Hey Laurent. [He smiles a little.] It's no problem. I'm glad I could help.

[The feed shifts as he gestures toward the paintings.] But yeah, I really like to draw, so it's good that I got this sort of power. And sure-- I can give it a try.

Do you know what phoenixes look like?

Giant, fancy bird with a long tail and can set itself on fire? Sure I do.

[saving_sound]

[Another while, and then:]

I wiell be fine

[Curling up in bed counts as fine, right?]

[flareuplife]

[No, that doesn't count at all.]

That means you're not fine right now. What's wrong?

[saving_sound]

Ik saw a message on the nertwrok

[...Dammit. Looks like the damage is done now.]

I'm coming over. What's your room number?

[saving_sound]

[This one comes a little quicker.]

[At least she's not outright refusing.]

[She doesn't have the strength to put up an argument, so after yet another pause comes another text:]

[And with that text, Kiri's sprinting off through the city straight toward Sigyn. It takes him awhile, and he's certainly out of breath once he gets to the 4th floor, but he knocks a few times. (Almost on the verge of pounding, though.)]

Hibiki? It's me, Kiri. Can you open up?

[saving_sound]

[The door opens a crack, accompanied by some noisy sniffling. From what can be seen of her, she... doesn't look in the best of condition. Mussy hair, red eyes, streaked face and all.]

[flareuplife]

[Kiri smiles a little to himself when the door starts to open, but it immediately drops when he sees Hibiki's current state. He should've expected tears, yet he's still caught off guard, standing silently for a few seconds as he looks over her.]

Hibiki...

[His mouth creases into a frown as he presses a hand to her door and leans down a bit.]

Hey...It's going to be okay.

[saving_sound]

I...

[That's as much as she can get out before she crumples, her hands over her eyes as she tries unsuccessfully to stop her tears.]

[flareuplife]

[When she begins to break down, Kiri immediately tries to open the door a little more to at least have the chance to reach her. He's really not sure what to do, but his hand automatically finds her shoulder and gives a tentative rub.]

Don't cry, Hibiki, things will work out. [He would like to say more to calm her down, but his mind is completely blank. He's not used to this sort of thing, and even he's been at a loss as to what to do about the situation.]

[saving_sound]

[She leans her head against the door's edge, her movements bumping it a little wider. All she can do is cry and cry... Even she knows it's pathetic. She tries to speak through her sobs, but it comes out broken.]

I-- I'm so--!

[oresamazing]

[Ah, he's heard about that ability before, but he's never actually seen it in action. Interesting.

It's a great distraction from the rest of this place, at least.]

To what limit is your ability then?

[Voice]

Creating things from drawings. Sounds useful. But there's gotta be a catch, right?

[It's not like Tsuna hasn't seen such a violent death before but the feeling of helplessness and horror never seems to escape him. He can see why Kiri looks so drained. He glances around his room]

...I-I could use some new clothes but--

[the screen to the feed shakes a little as he places the bracelet on the desk and he picks up Nuts and holds him up to the feed]

You can try drawing him if you'd like?

[flareuplife]

It's not your fault, okay? No one could have prevented that.

[Again, he'd like to say more, but words are failing him at the sight of seeing her cry. It's horrible considering this is probably what the gods want too.

His hand shifts to her head as he tries to smooth down her hair and comfort her enough to lessen her crying.]

I know how you feel, Hibiki. I wanted to help too.

Uhhh...basically I can create anything I want as long as I can imagine it and it's not alive. Also, it stays the object is the size that I draw it as.

There's always a catch. [He chuckles.] So far, everything turns out the same size as I draw them, and they become colorful when they're used often. Can't create living things though.
