[Giant blue alligator ahoy! That's probably more noticeable than the girl with a hat at least twice the size of her head. Both their gazes seem to be fixated on the bracelet.]

Like an updated Pokégear... [Curious alligator is curious about the hologram and will try to touch it, only to find that her claw goes right through it. She retracts her arm and continues to stare at it. The girl looks at her monstrous companion.] All holograms are like that, Miki. Won't be able to feel it.

[The girl turns back to the bracelet and changes the angle a few times.] Really is amazing. Wonder if I can take this home with me. [With a few tweaks, it could possibly act as more than a communication device. It might be able to hold maps, play the radio, and maybe even give info. on Pokémon and places. Just think of the possibilities!]

[And yes, immense bowing. Having a creature like it's out of a fantasy is awesome, especially when it's so ugly-cute! And she'll begin sketching the heck out of that gator once she's done bowing.]

Are "alligators" really like Miki?

She's as cute as when I first got her.

To think she's grown so quickly...

[ he blinks, staring at it for a bit... then glancing at the grown form. ]

She grew... a lot.

How fast can you go?

Yup. Had her since she was little.

Yup. But to me, Miki's one-of-a-kind.

Dangerous? She looks harmless to me.

Not where I'm from. Some take longer to grow, but most don't.

She's... really... big. [No, that's not very nice. She can come up with something better than that.] And pretty cool, too. It must make you feel really safe, to have a big pet like that.

She's definitely helped me in tight spots. ...Is there nothing like her where you're from?

[ grow to about five times your size in five weeks... that's a scary thought. ]

Are there a lot of animals like that where you come from?

Just alligators and crocodiles, but they're a different colour, and really mean and dangerous. You couldn't keep one as a pet.

Yeah. They don't grow at a constant rate like us, either. Some also change their entire appearance.

You can't raise every living species in your world?

Well, um... no. Some animals are wild, and some are domesticated.

She does look like one, yes. They're very big lizards with lots of teeth. I've only read of them though.

[Still watching Miki because well...Iprottaalfurinn doesn't see many reptiles in Iceland.]

Have you ever seen a pink alligator?

I usually can hit the speed of sound in a Sonic second, but the gods took everyone's powers away.

Best I can do now is 40 miles per hour or 65 kilos.

[By human standards, it's still fast, but to a speedy hedgehog, it's like a snail in comparison.]

We don't have anything quite like Miki where I came from. I think the closest thing would be an alligator? But they can't stand upright, and aren't nearly as cute.

Johto, eh?

[he and reshiram were headed for johto...funny story... they got caught up Somewhere Else though and poof-- they ended up here instead. how odd.]

That's certainly a ways away. Unova is very far-- to the west of Johto, I believe. One couldn't simply walk there like you could from Kanto to Johto.

[i actually have no idea where the hell unova is in relation to johto, they need to release an updated world map already.]
