[The feed flicks on to show a teenage girl fiddling nervously with her red hair. Her shockingly green eyes slide shut as she flashes a smile that’s bright enough to blot out most of the nervousness in her eyes.]

Hello! My name is Chrysi Maymont. I’m one of the newest members of Sigyn house. I’m a witch…or I was at least, my powers seem to be tethered down pretty tightly here…but anyways!

[She shakes her head to get back on track.]

I’m not sure if any member of the Occult World here is familiar with the Hotel, but even if aren’t, please know that I will do all I can to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible. If there’s one thing I can’t let slide, it’s an unhappy guest!

[She giggles lightly, brushing back an errant curl.]

…I’m afraid I’m not too familiar with the hiring process in this world, since I’ve only ever worked at the Hotel, so if somebody would be so kind as to give me a short tutorial on that, I would be very grateful.

I think you're confusing us with some type of nymph! And a Familiar can be anything living, really, not just a cat.

Hah, it's fine. I'm just not really used to the uh. Idea of "witches" and things like that. Still on training wheels here.

Uh. Yeah, I'd say so. Witches are stuff for fairy tales.

I'm so glad to hear that! Are there demons, too? werewolves? Vampires?

[Well, that was an unexpected reaction. Especially the stress she put on the last one, but she'll just keep that a secret for now.]

Ah... There are, yes. I don't know about werewolves, but there are definitely demons and vampires here.

{She presses a hand over her best, still beaming.}

Why is that wonderful? Aren't you afraid of them? I mean, they hurt people just for fun.

{She huffs, honestly offended.}

Humans are incapable of using magic! And further more, I have Grandmamma's blood running through my veins! She's the strongest witch in the world. And she's been teaching me everything! From protective charms to curses to potions to blood magic to soul enchantments!

...Uh. I was thinking more towards the area of fantasy... like things to entertain kids, not ... warn them.

...? Why on Earth would I be afraid of them? Let alone for something as universal as that; everybody hurts something else to survive, you know; for them it's just something that fights back better. More importantly, vampires are valued guests! My best friend Mercy is a really powerful vampire, too.
