[Gwendolyn appears on the device doing her best to keep her normal stoic facade. She looks a bit worn down, but only because she has been looking around, possibly trying to find an exit despite being told it was impossible to leave. Though after a few days of searching, she decides to take a rest for the day and finally introduce herself to her fellow captives. There is a small golden tiara on her head, as well as the wings covering her ears. One can see a glimpse of the wings on her hips, for her a sign of her pride as a Valkyrie.]

Good day to everyone. I do hope that you all are holding up well, though it seems our captors have no intentions in harming us. Those I have spoken to upon my arrival have seemed nothing but kind... This state of peace thus far is rather unusual for me, yet there is something rather foreboding about it. I intend to keep on my guard here in case any such event were to arise.

[She then looks away thoughtfully for a moment, realizing a certain name has been coming up.]

I hear there is a god named 'Odin' here. [Her expression shows a bit of sorrow at speaking his name.] Is this Odin... is he the Demon Lord Odin, king of Ragnanival?

[After her deeds, she figures her father, Odin, wouldn't want to speak to her, except to give her back the ring she rightfully won from the Queen of the Fairies. She thought perhaps it best to inquire about it through this magical bracelet]

[She shakes her head at that question, a melancholic expression appearing on her face.]

Where I am from, we are used to war. There is always some sort of battle over land or an object occurring.

[And this war has claimed lives... and has affected her greatly, however she doesn't say this.]

[She smiles at her successful attempt at saying the name of her home kingdom.]

So the God here's got the same name as your king? That's a weird coincidence!

[Her expression turns a bit dark. Is it simply a coincidence?]

I suppose 'twould be considered such.

[Still, it's unsettling. She wouldn't put it past her father to do something like this to her.]

He's the Norse god of wisdom. Probably not the same Odin from your world.

A god of wisdom... Is that what he is in this world? [Certainly not like her father who is always going into war. Though perhaps his wisdom did come in his tactics for war and using those around him.

Using those... around him...

She sighs upon that thought, looking away from her bracelet. Then turns back to it with a soft smile on her face.]

If that is the case, then I believe I can safely assume he is not the Demon Lord Odin, King of Ragnanival.

Oh... 'm sorry. That sounds hard.

Hey~ I was wonderin' when I'd see you again.

That's the problem with being too accustomed to fighting... you don't know how to feel when you don't have any fighting to do.

I was raised to fight, to be a soldier for my country and king. It may sound hard to someone who does not know the perils of war, however I assure you 'tis not.

[She's lying a bit here, having experienced many trials in her life, but she wants to be seen as strong for this girl.]

[Oh, she recognizes this voice...]

It seems that we cannot avoid one another... Given this place, 'twould be hard to do such.

[Her voice might have an annoyance to it, but she does her best to hide it.]

[ Ahhh....a tone he is far too familiar with :') ]

Seems like it. What house they stick you in?

I see that you understand me. Perhaps I will find a reason to fight here; sitting still is something I cannot do, not when there are people who wish to find a way out of this place. 'Tis impossible according to our captors, however, I refuse to believe such.

Did you ever stop and think fighting might not be how we get out of here? There are times for fighting, and times for negotiating. If you ask me, this seems more like the latter.

Then how do you suggest we negotiate with them?

[Negotiate usually equals fighting in her language. Hardly anyone talks with words where she's from.]

Yeah? How's that workin' out so far?

The rules of negotiating are pretty simple... As long as you've got something the other side wants, and they've got something you want... It's pretty much just figuring out who wants what more. Then exploiting it.

And what they want for us is to "live and grow". We can do that from our own homes, yet they require our presence here. Perhaps in finding a substitute for us, we can use that to negotiate our ways out of here.

[There's a pause before she speaks once more.]

'Tis going quite well. I do not know why you need such information from me about my well being.

Guess it's a full time job... not the kind you can do working out of home. But a substitute, eh? That's an interesting idea. Do you mean finding some other chumps to take our places? ...do you really think there are people out there willing?

No, they would be just as unwilling as us. 'Twould not be kind to find an actual person as our substitute, rather we should find an object that would give off the energy they need. Though I do now know how such a thing could be attainable...

[She does, though, look up her hand to her ring that cannot be seen on camera. If only the cauldron were here, it could actually be of use.]
