She raises her communicator to give a panoramic view of a multi-hued area of the streets of Asgard, moving it around to prove her points.]
The gods cannot be relied on to keep their word. They will probably try to hold onto us for insurance.

Something like that, yes. Freedom is not something that is gained by depending on the people in power to be benign.

Say, where do the gods live, anyway? Hard to stick it to them if you don't know where they are.

[If there's one thing Laura is, it's a survivor. Everyone will die off quickly if they try to defy the gods without a survival plan. This she understands very well. It's even more important to consider without her healing factor around to make her so difficult to kill.]
